I try and keep it to about $20 when I go and have the money, which isn't terribly often.
Though hopefully if I get a job soon $20 every paycheck is going to comics.

Yep, that's the exact rule I have. Which averages out to about 6 comics or so a week-- quite a few mags! I generally get about 3 - 4 a week, a lot less once The Death of the Family is over, lots of crossover issues there.

Hahah, I look back at a lot of drawings I've done and asked how I did it.

I'm trying to just do some slap-dash quick stuff, but I can't.
So I get frustrated, quit, looking for something else to do and see older stuff and just go, "Man, that looks really good. Wwwwwhhhyy can't I do that anymore? I didn't even know what I was doing."
And the get depressed and just lay in bed.
