Um, I'll do waist-up sketch (probably pencil because I've been doing too much staring at screens lately and digital tends to come out too soft >_> ) with vague digital colour.

And I dunno. D: I hate giving prices to things, and since this one is so 'different' I have no idea. xD Since full-bodies are about 100k for a sketch, it's around 65k for waist-up sketch.
