To answer for her, extra is things like a background, colour, etc. For another character it costs you another 4k. That's pretty much the only thing extra doesn't mean. So it would cost you approximately 8.1k.

she is an hobbit ( i draw them with long ears yes) , the things on her ears are jewelry, somewhat like silver caps. and then you only need to follow her colour scheme as you like :3
