She accepted trade, but never showed you the artwork?
Our rules state that we don't accept the trade until we are finished.
If she's been doing differently I'll have to talk with her myself.
I do suggest that yes, you PM her. I know it might seem like she has a lot on her hands with PMs, but she shouldn't be touching the trade until she's finished with her customer's art. That, and, she hasn't been around the shop for a long while now. She never takes this long with her orders. If she had troubles with them she should have reported so.
