Karura (collar) tends to have a more devil-may-care, mischievous attitude, while Touka (purple hair) is generally more disciplined and a bit overly-serious, though easily taken off-guard outside of combat and the like.
For possible additional art commissions, would you be open to full-body? If so, what would your price be?
The one with the wing-ears (is that Touka?) are they a boy or a girl. I'd love to do them.

and as for the fullbody, it would be the same prices depending on what style you want. What did you have in mind?
Yes, that is Touka and she is female. [EDIT] Though I think one of the images in the imgur album I linked clarifies that, with her tackling another character.[/EDIT] I'd love both a more close-up paint-style and full body of each, if possible. Poses and the like would be at your discretion.
