Looking for someone talented to draw my avatar

Alright! I'm looking for someone to draw my avatar for me, possibly coloured but just shaded is good to. I'm willing to pay 3k AND a July '05 donation letter for one's work. If you're interested, please post here and add a small sample of your work, the person I decide I want to draw my avatar will be contacted through a PM and when they're done and pm me the art (or a link to said art) I'll send the trade (if it's REALLY good I'll probably make it TWO donation letters) So, you know what I would like, let's see what yah got! (also if this is unacceptable to you we can talk over other things we can use to pay for your work before hand)

Hell, I can afford to spend 5 hours at the comp for 3k and 1 or 2 donation letters. That is, if I am talented enough and what you are looking for. 3nodding If not, ah well. XD I will survive!
