I can see why you like those items, though I've had no joy with them. I've always thought they were pretty, just didn't have a lot of luck at actually using them myself. (The one time I made an avatar with the Celestial Wrap, it green-gooed like mad,) I've never really got on with the way the wigs de-equip the Ribbon Luv Sleeves, and most of my avatars seem to end up using them for one reason or another. I tend to try and keep certain items on my avatar all the time, though I'm breaking with tradition a bit with this one in that she isn't wearing glasses or the Determined Eyes - the eyes just don't look right on this, and the glasses make my Death Whisper eyes really hard to see - and I don't have either of my kitties anywhere. Sadly, there just isn't anywhere for them to be.

=___= I hate it when avatars green goo. Luckily I don't have it happen to me much, and the one time I can remember when it did, it actually matched the colour scheme of my avatar. xD
I didn't know that wigs de-equip certain items like that. Huh. Sucks. =___=


Yeah, I tend to like to keep certain items on my avatars. Most of them involve the Elemental/Mythic wigs and Celestial wrap. They're usually part of my avatar design, although sometimes I'll branch out.



Hmmmmm..... I'm not sure whether I want to purchase some Inari's Beads/Padmavati's Lotus, or wait until I get that 5 million for a nitemare scarf.... .___.;;; Maybe I'll just wait and see if somebody bribes me with either of those items.

I can never get above 4 - I have an addiction to buying enchanted trunks, even though I am permanently dissapointed by the results.

@ Schnue: I've been on Gaia since 2006 (well, I left in 2008, came back this year) so I have lots of older items.
I sold about 70% of them to get a million just a few days ago. xDDD

I'm not even sure why I want a nitemare scarf when I could spend the money on much better things.... like commissioning people. ^^;

Heh, I know that feeling! I first joined back in '05, made a new account (this one) in '06, and then never showed up again until last year. Not that I had anything much worth selling on my account when I returned as I'd left largely due to my status as a painfully new newbie and inability to make any progress beyond 'painfully new'. Made a bit selling old Easter Baskets I'd collected, though.

Congratulations on passing the million mark! And I think you could rock the nitemare scarf given how well you're doing with really dark avatars. 3nodding

The only time I ever passed that was when I was selling stuff like mad to pay for my Kiki, and even then I spent it all immediately. sweatdrop I try to keep a decent stock in reserve, but then I ususally blow it all on things like store commons and salon hair. I have a sad addiction to store commons and salon hair, and let's not even mention the EIs. I just sold my Hermes Moon though, which is something I swore I'd never do because it was my first EI, but I realized I just never used it. It's pretty, but I found all the poses far too bulky and the color scheme difficult to work with, so it just sat there in my inventory gathering dust. I suppose I'll buy it back if I ever do something that actually needs it, but I'll try and pick up a slightly cheaper one so as not to get stung.

Damn, this cape makes my avatar look a bit ******** and overly black. Oh well, fair's fair, I only got it yesterday. I'll remove it once the novelty wears off.
