well here it goes, I run on bribe really so I have no set price. I wont do your art badly jsut becuase you don't pay me alot, but to be fair to others, I will pay much more attention to your art if the bribe is higher and it is more likely that your work will be done faster>.<
BUT!
just becuase I've offered so much charity work I just cant go below these prices anymore sorry >.<
All my work includes backgrounds though...well except chibis unless you ask that is ^^
