I normally set the final price after I get a sketch done.
Minimum is 500g for a half body
1k for a full body
for extra people minimum rate is used
(Items like hats, or other head gear, some times a weird outfit with lots of layers. bump it up a bit)

The cheapest thing that I can do is a chibi.

Chibis:
Inked only: 3k
Coloured: 5k or 1 letter
Coloured with background: 8k or two letters
