Hmm, If I recall correctly, there is some ways to change those things...

though, im not sure whether the CSS code for that works in profiles properly. x.x;;

Its kinda like grouping.. I'll try to give an example.

blah blah blah blah blah blah <span>blah blah blah blah blah blah</span>

span {font-weight:bold; font-style:italic; color:red}

All the text within the span group will be bold, italic and red. Hope this helps, though I dont think this type of thing works too well with profiles, not too sure tho.
