Abilities: Basic military training in both physical survival skills/fighting as well as handling weaponry. She is also trained as a pilot, however; has no field experience.
Disabilities: Despite her training, she lacks any real experience. Young and Nieve, she still has a lot to learn.
Weapons: Usually carrying on hand a pistol, shotgun and knife.

Bio:

In 2103, the world was wracked with over-population and violence. The world's nations were on the brink of war. Corporations from each country rushed in a race to create the finest in nuclear and biological warfare. The aggressive undertones in the push to create the best in science steadily increased.

No one really knows what or where the infection first took place. All we know is that it was a man-made virus that took the first step in war and a single mutation to cause everything to go into chaos. What they thought was a controled weapon, soon got out of hand and before anyone knew, the entire world was infected.

As the virus spread, people ran to their underground facilities to escape it's wrath. Unfortunately, most of these facilities were buildt to only last for short-term periods of time, many died off from starvation or committed suicide from complete phsycological breakdowns. As years passed, only military facilities, especially buildt for the worst occassions, survived.

True was born shortly after the virus originally spread, within one of these military bases. Very few locations were kept within contact and they continue to maintain life underground.

Bio: Jess was born within Dome City; the largest underground city and the capital in the country. Growing up as a young girl, Jess always dreamt of seeing the sky from the outside. At the age of 17, Jess decided to join the force; an armed group of people dedicated to protecting the Dome City.

It was in basic training that she met a young man by the name of Gurion. They quickly became friends but were seperated shortly after basic training ended. Jess went through her training and specialized in piloting.

Now at the age of 22, Jess has earned a good reputation for her piloting skills. She now owns and pilots her own plane. Re-united with her good friend Gurion, she serves the force as his task force pilot and navigator.
