lulz uhhh.

step 1: sketch on any layer, preferably a color not of your lineart, but dark enough to see. Doesn't have to be a skinny brush as long as you can distinguish what from what. I normally sketch on multiple layers and add them together in the end (ctrl + e bby xD).
step 2: change opacity for layer so you can see it, but it's not so bold.
step 3: add layer on top of sketch layer.
step 4: for lineart, I usually use a 1px diameter "pen" for small stuffs, and .07 for the bigger things, but you can choose. rofl I think black is the most used for lineart, but you can change the lineart after wards with a few buttons. (ask if you want to know? xD )
step 5: repeat step 3 for added layers if you're worried about erasing over some lines. I suggest using multiple layers for each "group" (hair, eyes, skirt, etc) because you won't have that problem so much.
step 6: once done with the lineart, delete the sketch layer and get right to coloring. ;D
