I didn't put prices cause they vary from one project to the other. But my simplest full colored 300 dpi work would be for 3k

+Other details: The wings aren't vital. They're a new addition that I'm still debating on keeping...they kind of add a little clutter. :/ If you end up wanting to do them and can do them well, I'll of course pay more. It's mostly just an unnecessary complication...but I leave it up to you.
