Hey, you can try sgcafe or sgclub to search for cosplay friend. There are also list of source for cosplay stuff.. I think.. ^^

The only shop I know that are selling cosplay stuff is the one at suntec city.. I think the name is.. "Mr Otaku's cosplay house" or something like that.. rofl
