I have little patience for people who don't follow the rules so you will get only one warning, you break the rules again you will be thrown on the Black List and never be allowed to order art from me again... because you're a douche. That said my rules are fair, simple and easy to follow. Most of them are common sense people.
** Number One most important rule**
Please do NOT post orders when the slots are full!
If you post your order while my shoppe is full your order will be ignored.

As you will probably notice if you take the time to browse the profiles of people in this thread, the average age of our regular posters is older than usual. I myself am 23. That said we tend to toe the line so to speak on the PG-13 status of Gaia. We often swear, we are all more than a little perverted and we complain about our jobs, financial situations, love lives etc. We're not going to sugar coat it for all you young-uns nor are we going to purposefully make you feel uncomfortable with our choice of topics.
Please be aware that unless we are in violation the ToS we will not censor ourselves. That said if you find swearing offensive please remember that you have the option of changing your filter level in the "Account Settings" tab of the "My Gaia" screen.

1. DO NOT PM ME with questions about the shop, pricing or ordering:
People who do not follow this rule will be ignored. Post your questions and orders in this thread and either myself or a member of my staff will answer you swiftly.
**The only things you may PM me about are: order cancellation, completed art problems and being added to the links list**
2. Do not beg:
I cannot stress this enough! Anyone caught leading a pity parade through my thread will be banned immediately. Its super easy to make considerable amounts of gold through booty grabbing so give it a try before you whine.
3. Upload your art on your own server:
Within a week I will have deleted your piece from the host I sent it to you on so make sure to save it and upload it yourself.
4. Do not steal my art:
Steal my work and I'll make your life a living hell! Artists work their fingers to the bone to bring you beautiful art so show some respect and don't be a thieving loser.
5. No refunds:
I don't give refunds for any reason. If you need to cancel your order do so before your order reaches completion on the order screen. If you don't you've just wasted my valuable time and I'm keeping your gold. Deal with it.
**I understand that unexpected things happen and extenuating circumstances may lead you to canceling after the 50% mark but you have to let me know and give me a reasonable excuse**
6. Follow the ToS when chatting on here:
I welcome conversations in my shop as well as bumpers. Just be nice and treat everyone here with respect.
7. Read the Rules Dammit:
I'm having a lot of trouble with people ignoring the rules and being idiots because of it, so when you order please put the phrase "I love Cupcakes!" in the slot that asks: Have you read the rules. I know it sounds stupid but you'd be amazed how many people don't even bother to take a minute to look at this post. Thank you.
8. Be patient:
Don't whine to me about your order if yours is the last slot on the list that got added two hours ago. I work fast but not that fast and if you rush me your order will look like crap.
9. N00bs will be banned on sight:
Any n00bish behavior (trolling, flaming, page stretching, quoting the first posts, harassing staff and regulars, excessive chat speak and all leet speak) will get you banned forever.
10. Do not complain:
If you come in to whine and complain and go "It's too expensive! Blah blah" I will consider it noobish behavior and you will be banned, especially if I find anyone cussing. (Except Music, I've tried to censor her and failed) My prices are fair and I will not stand for people making a scene and disrupting my thread.
11. Involving trades:
I've been getting asked this a lot, so I'll put up here. When I confirm your order you can either send your trade then or when I pm you saying that your picture is finished. It doesn't really matter to me either way, because I won't confirm it until I send the picture anyway.
12. No Multiple Orders or Add-ons:
You may only order one piece of per slot and take only one slot at a time. Also, in order to be fair to other patrons I am no longer allowing add-on orders of any kind.
13. No Placeholding:
You are not allowed to give or sell your place on the list. Also, no ordering for other people
(I know some people are having issues getting spots and I am working to fix this)
There are exceptions to this rule. If you have questions, please contact either me or Hanji.
14. Waiting Period:
Due to issues involving the slots, I am requiring a waiting period of two weeks between orders. This means you will have to wait a period of two weeks after you receive a finished commission before you can order another. The names and dates will be recorded by Hanji and myself.
15. No RPing:
I didn't think I had to put this as a rule, but I must insist that there be no RPing in the thread. Bits of actions for conversations are fine, but no battles, and no in-depth roleplaying. There have been too many times where feelings have gotten hurt, tempers have flared, and new people have been ignored. There are other threads for Rping, so please do it there and not in my art thread. Thank you for understanding.
