well, the general pattern of my life has been to have long droughts of nothing much, and then HOLYSHYTEEVERYTHING!! all at once and totally swamp me
only this swamping session has been going on since August...
and i'm so burnt out. I've had two break downs and three raises to keep me going...but i'm wearing, and there's no break in sight for another two weeks.
*sags*

I think people forget I'm mortal at times like these... I need a little help now and then, but I still don't get it, even when everyone else excepts me to help them out all the time. crying

Naw, it's never good when things are down...

I'm not naive enough to believe that things should be sunny rainbows all the time,b ecause the tough makes us stronger, and teaches us a thing or two...

But there's a limit to how much I can make better when no one's there to bolster me up when I'm down, y'know?

I'll make it through, but I'm not able to grin and bear it tonight. As the philosopher Tim Curry once said: "It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache."

Not at all. Life's amazing. But like everything, it goes through cycles, and this year has had some of the highest of highest peaks - like getting to meet up with four of my net friends in person - and some of the lowests lows - like my dad's brain anuerism.

It's likely that you're so focussed on the bad things you're missing the good stuff...

Humans have an annoying habit of remembering the bad things more than the good. You could have a great day, and if one bad thing happened towards the end, and someone asked you how your day was, you'd likely say: bad.

Like how they say, if something good happens to a customer in a workplace, they'll tell maybe one or two people, but if they have a bad experience they'll tell 10-15 people. DX

...or it's also likely that my life is just composed of major downs. xd Looking back this week, I have had ONE up and that was going to my piano lesson. Other than that, my mother assured my life was composed solely of downs.

Hmm, well have you ever done anything steampunk? Because that's the genre I'm making her for. I think you'd be really good at it. :3
