No. While the pain might not be as intense (I haven't experienced it nor can I ever) I imagine it's the type of pain similar to being proded in the nad-sack repeatedly with a large, sharp stick.

Possibly, but the only food poisoning I have ever had nearly killed my a**, so I may be assuming it's worse than it normally is.

In case you guys were wondering, an elaboration: I developed E Coli poisoning from a burger that was raw in the middle once and got rrrrrreeallly sick. It was infecting my kidneys which is rare, but can cause them to fail on you.
