I have a Russian woman who is a Scion of Hachiman, of the Japanese.
David's Erzulie Scion, a Loa, was originally a white girl.
Mags, an Egyptian Scion of Ptah, was blonde-haired and blue-eyed.
It makes more sense if the character exhibits racial traits associated with that pantheon's origins, but it's not necessary. Dominant genes can still win out.
Furthermore, there is the idea of adoption; Ash is an adopted Scion, for example. The Scion gets the powers from their adopted parent, so they can look like their actual parent but be a Scion of someone else.

I liked the Hindu pantheon.

If you look at my track record, I actually favor the Dodek. Especially if you count Ismena, who's Atlantean, which is sort of an offshoot of the Greeks.
Atlantean is another choice you can go with if you're worried about race.
You can always make her a half, like Jasmine, and go with the Asian side?

What do you think she'd be good at? Don't even need to look up skill sets yet, just in general.

Yah, I know how much of a pain inking can beeeeeeeee and it can take forever and yah I like the way colored sketchs look anyways, 75k for a sketch...Mmm.. Does 125k sound okay? o:
