yes! This happened when i was really young and still had my baby teeth (thank goodness)
The taffy happened first, (but no teeth came out)
The caramel pulled out a molar D :

no It was okay, I was told to drink hot water (but it was already hot outside and i didn't want to I don't think it took that long anyway, just long enough to know better next time)
