Ah! I didn't realise you could buy Gaia cash direct! (see how little I know this sort of thing). Your prices look good (and actually reasonable, not chair-falling-off as you said on the front), and much easier to understand now!

*giggles* Someone needs to confiscate Gaia off me... I've spent way too much time wasted on it these last weeks.

The first one was filled through an auction I had earlier, and 2-3 is filled because I approached the person myself because they had a standing open request thread and they said they had BL characters. I didn't open the store until after that though. So I guess time will tell???

O_o Well, maybe it's a bad thing I told you about Gaia selling the cash directly. XD I've been pretty active on here myself for the past few weeks. I'm rather into collecting items atm (as you can tell). Hahaha, I spent everything from the auction I did for you. X_x (I currently have 809 gold!!! OTL ) I like investing in them and seeing them grow ... like, I brought 3 Ancient Katana when they were around 60K, and the Horns of the Demon when they were around 600K. NOW LOOK AT THEM! Bwhahahahaa.

What do you usually do on here? I only hang out in some threads to chat and play the market from time to time. (Still waiting for Battle... and I wonder if I should horde gold now as well for that when it DOES launch...)

I'm trying to resist the lure of more items, but I have an idea... we just have to see whether it works or not! (namely, borrowing rather than buying every single item I decide I like, because sooner or later, I stop wearing it) razz I definitely prefer MCs over pure gold, because they do increase! Mind you, that means I sometimes get a bit short on the gold.

My main areas are breedables and art. I have/colour for a number of breedable shops, and on the art side of things, I order a lot! I'm trying to slow down though, I may not have as much time to spend on Gaia, plus I'm quite pleased with the collection I have, really only looking for a few more specific things, now. Recently friends and I ran an art contest, although it wouldn't have been to your tastes, since nearly all the principal characters were girls wink

It's probably better to hoarde your gold in MC form anyway, since they'll always increase in price over time. Gold does not.

Borrowing items... I dunno. I like to OWN things. >_> (Aether's influence). So borrowing the item just doesn't have the same appeal to me. PLUS there aren't that many people here on Gaia I know well enough who are also active enough to have items I'd like. XD

As for resisting the urge... Hahaha, last year during my final year of uni when I was doing my thesis, I handed my account over to a good friend of mine and had her change the password and email for me so I couldn't get back in. XD

... I just DON'T understand breedables. Every time I try to read one of those threads, it's so complex I'm lost in like the first post. ~_~ I don't get how it works. X_x

Hrm, breedables, once you know the general concept it's fairly straightforward from there. The pets are usually divided into RP-required and non-RP-required. Non-RP-required are a lot simpler, as you can just buy the pet in a flatsale, or an auction, or a raffle (or however they do it in the shop), and can just use it for sig/journal-prettyness if that's all you desire.

Breedables is how I made most of my gold to get all my pretty arts... *hoardes the art collected*

Hmmm... I see... >_> But there there are colour issues, feeding and growing, aren't there? I don't really understand *that*. How can an image you buy grow and change? Does the owner of the shop update the image behind the scenes or something?

Blah... coping... Hahaha, I wasn't *THAT* into gaia back then. If you remember, before I did your commission, I was pretty damn POOR. And they didn't have Gaia Cash back then, and I didn't know enough about investing in MCs. XD So yeah, I was able to cope. Plus, I HAD to, or my supervisor for my thesis would have killed me if I spent all my time playing on here and missed my deadlines!

Or not. I was selling them for around 13750-14000 last night and this morning. Now they're down to about 11000. Hahahaha. Cash Shop items - sell early and sell fast. But since OMG Boxes are limited, they'll probably go up after dec is over? Maybe? XD (has a stash in her inventory too)
