I would've started, but we didn't know when we would be moving. We just don't know where to go for classes here. What do you have deadlines for? I'm more worried about college crap. A lot of them are sending me info. Some sound good, they're all too expensive. stare There's a lot that I want to learn, I just don't have enough time and motivation to sit down and learn them. And manga is my antidrug. If you buy manga, you can't afford drugs. xd

Let me just pull out my "Deadline" to do list...

Ah there it is! *pulls out a long list with loads of crap bunched onto it*
1. Finish writing 1st series of a (currently) 2 series dialogue..
2. Get 1st series dialogue done by at least April 28th/2nd series dialogue done by atleast March 30th
3. Finish writing story book format of above mentioned series..
4. Figure out what plot to throw in for 3rd and 4th series of above mentioned story (Something that will keep to story going and then lead into the final plot.. which has actually already been planned..)
5. Do more research into Egyptian Mythology for said story above. (I have two big thick books on Egyptian Mythology I have yet to even get past 50 pages of the first book ... which it contains over 500.. small text.. very thin paper.. Think dictionary font.)
6. Research the major holidays of Egyptians.
7. More research! This time looking into history.
8. Finish drawing series 1 and 2 characters/creatures/side characters.
9. Get used to traditional drawing media again.
10. Go over tons of voice actors auditions for said story.
11. Find more voice actors for said auditionings.
12. Practice story boarding in at least 4 small panels.. on the same sheet of paper..(Oi..)
13. Find a good website making tutorial that deals with Adobe Flash and After Effects..
14. Work on website..
15. Make sure to stop adding more crap to the list.

And guess what! All of it revolves around a single story! =_= I cursed myself when being born into this world as an artist and a writer... Damn my right half of brain for thinking up of these stories and damn the left side for consistently wanting to draw scenes/characters from said stories!

And I have like.. 5 other stories.. swimming around somewhere on my external hard drive.. One of which includes 3 full blown dictionary's in made up languages -.-; Even the drawings of the glyphs in one language o_O;

Ok I'm going to bed x.x...
And yes manga and anime for me when my budget allows it! XD *currently re-reading Yu-Gi-Oh - Memory World (For the 18th time).* Best part of the series. >.>b

That's a long list. Are you doing it as a job or because you want to? I think up stories, but they're all related to each other. I haven't actually written any of it down yet. I don't really know how exactly I'm going to write it, if I do at all. The past is important, but it would take too long to start there. A flashback-ish thing like Caleyndar did with Divinitas worked there, but I don't think I could do that without ruining the story. I have a hundred or so years of history to write yet and a more detailed past in general for everyone, so it's too early to write yet anyways. I don't need entire dictionaries, just certain terms. Did you go so far because you could, you wanted to, or do you need it for the stories?

The list part for the one story, is a mix between job and wanting to. It's mainly a showcase of talent and/or portfolio towards a career in the film industry.

As for the dictionaries/translation books, that's for a different story. They are three separate languages used in one of my other stories, comprised of Draconic (Dragon tongue), Elementis (Elemental language), and Agrillian (Agrils; which are a bunch of werewolf like creatures.) Those book/dictionaries are mainly for those who want to "learn for fun" how to speak the languages. So they aren't too important at the moment.

Nah, not boring me at least! I am just away creating an art gallery thread here on Gaia so I will still have a place to hang out once I close this shop down, which I will do as soon as I finish all the IP artworks.

I've been thinking a lot about the art contest I want to hold on here too. Esp about the requirements the entries must meet to be eligible. At the very least, I want to have the following rule:

NO ENTIRES DRAWN ON LINED PAPER!!! scream scream scream

One of my pet peeves. >_> Frankly, no self respecting decent artist in my opinion would drawn on lined paper. It shows a lack of concern about the quality of your artworks. And fine, if you're just doodling for your own amusement, go ahead and use lined paper, but to enter something like that into a contest? If you don't care enough to take the time to present something decent, I don't want to take the time to even look at it. >_> Yes, I can be a very bitchy b***h, but it is something that just really really grates on me.

Well for the story I'm working on now, I'm just modifying existing creatures.. Such as the deity's of the Egyptian Pantheon. In my other stories though I do create different species. I was going to create a Pet Shop here on Gaia D: But I just didn't have enough time.. But this is one of the species that was going to be featured in the shop.

The Klinek:

Above is a Klinek Pup; Those were the younger females.


And this was a Klinek Cub; The younger males.

Eventually as they grew the females would be Klinek Mares; When they were fully aged, and Cubs would be called Klinek Bulls when they were fully aged.

And then there was my creation for a RP I was doing with a friend; Called Death Gods. Below is just a closeup. This is the Ibis Death God; Ickis. The story I made to go with them is complex x_x.. and would take me hours of typing to explain.

That's funny? Me thinks me missed something....

@Cale - Are there any specific requirements for the entries? I kinda doubt it, but I might try to draw something for you whenever. It depends upon how much time I have and how frustrated I get at my scribbles.

@Ravij - I just try to avoid using really popular guys like that. You seem to have a wide variety.
