Rules

1. Read the descriptions of things. A lot of this is just simple avatar art, but the stuff that isn't is important too and it's very important you know everything about those characters if you're going to draw them.

2. Do not PM me unless you are sending me art. This thread is here for a reason, please post everything including questions here in the thread. Thank you.

3. Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you aren't sure about something - ask! It's much better than getting it wrong.

4. Don't feel bad if I don't want art from you, I have limited funds and can't even get all the art I want. I have to be picky.

6. If you're interested in doing art for me - use the form. It's there for a reason!

7. Check back after you fill out the form. I try and use PMs as little as possible. I will replying here in the thread to your form, please pay attention for it. I'd hate to not get art from you because you were waiting for a PM from me.

8. I understand artists have lives, but part of what I'm paying you for is promptness. If you take on a project of my art, I expect it done in a week or two. I understand if something comes up, but you need to communicate that clearly with me throughout the entire time.

Getting Paid

Okay, the way this works is that I don't have much gaia gold at all. Instead my wealth is in items. Recently I decided I'd rather have art than items. Sooooo, instead of selling all my items and buying art I'd like to trade items for art. Below are the items available for this. Skada and Her Dear Friends

Skada has two bestest friends in the whole wide world are Asuka (Magnolica) and Kayla (Collared Kitten [KL]) so of course she wants art of her and her friends! You can do art of either of Skada's current avatars and either friend. Or any combination of Skada, André, Asuka and Kayla since we are all friends (although André and Asuka are closer than Kayla is with those two). And yeah, if you have questions just ask.

Naida and Kiandra Strauss

[taken from a description I wrote to someone else]
These are identical twin sisters (please modify the base a little so they are both female), with coppery red hair and brilliant green eyes (see Tahnee Minis reference picture for exact colors). They are Harry Potter OCs, and thus should be dressed in Harry Potter robes. Please make the uniforms like the movie reference pictures and not the Tahnee Minis (as those are not right sweatdrop ). Also note that the one with the bent leg is the Gryffindor and the one looking less smiley is the Slytherin.

::adds in really quickly:: Okay, so apparently good pictures of the uniform are a lot harder to find than I thought it would be, soooooo, here's a quick run down. The bottom layer is a white button-up s**t, and a pleated gray skirt. You know in Fruits Basket where Tohru wears a really short skirt and Arisa wears a long one? Kiandra (the Gryffindor) wears a short skirt like Tohru's and Naida (the Slytherin) wears a long one like Arisa. Kiandra will have gray legwarmers/loose socks in a Japanese fashion with hers, both will be wearing black shoes. Then there are the ties. I want the third movie ties (the picture that is just ties is them), not the first/second movie ties! The third movie ties have thiner, diagonal stripes. Again, in the correct house colors on the correct girls. Some of the pictures have them wearing sweaters. Do not put sweaters on the girls. They are not sweatery kinds of people. And finally come the robes. They are black robes, the Gryffindor one lined with the same scarlet/red/darkred/burgundy you use for the other Gryffindor colors, and the Slytherin lined with the same green. Each robe also carries the house crest (please note the house name on the Slytherin crest should be written over silver, not gold. one of the example images is correct, the other is not). Also, in the girls hands I want them carrying their wands (possibly put them in the raised hand, unless that looks bad, then put them in the other). Below are descriptions of the wands, feel free to give them as much or as little detail as you want, we're not picky.

Kiandra's Wand : 13 inches, Rosewood, with a phoenix feather core. The wand itself is very thin, and carved with thin swirls in the hilt that are inlaid with copper, and set with an amethyst on the end that faces the user (not the tip).

Naida's Wand : 13 inches, Yew, with a phoenix feather core. The wand itself is very thin, and carved with thin swirls in the hilt that are inlaid with copper, and set with an emerald on the end that faces the user (not the tip).

Now, about the girls.

Kiandra is the fun, sexy, boy-crazy, fluffy sister. Don't let that confuse you though. she's super smart, excels at Charms, Runes and History of Magic, and has an amazing talent of being able to read people when she listens to it.

Nadia is the serious, often mean, sometimes clueless, sister. That doesn't mean she's not great to be around though, she can be really caring, and occasionally very funny. She's uncovered an uncanny divinations talent, and outrageous potions aptitude (maybe she just like chopping things up?).

Faewyn

Faewyn is my custom elf. She was "monochrome" in the color Wine. Her hair is wine, her makeup is wine, her eyes are actually a dark wine, and her dress is wine and black. She wears two wine colored roses in her hair, and often carries a bunch of more wine colored roses. She also has a choker with a bronze key on it. She doesn't wear shoes, but her dress extends way beyond her feet.

Juniper

Juniper is a doll I kinda put together. She's got purple eyes and a wig that is lime green with pink highlights. The wig has two little buns, a bob section, and then a long ponytail thingy. She also has elf ears (like Faewyn) and she wears a funky little space-girl outfit. She's got a space dress, and space boots, a silver garter with a heart charm on it, a chunky multi-colored necklace with rhinestones in it, stripey thigh-high socks, a stripey wrist accessory and a beaded bracelet.

Nana

Nana was my first doll and she's got brown hair in little pigtails, her eyes are gray, her necklace is little silver balls, and on her hairties are little mirrored skull and crossbones. Her shirt is black and white horizontal stripes with one arm being fishnet. The detail across the top front of the skirt is trying to be a little zipper. The skirt, is a bunch of ruffly layers of black knit with a little ribbon lace-up in the front. The socks are black and white stripes and the boots are fantastic clunky goth boots with silver buckles.

Shimiko

Shimiko is nicknamed "sushi" because her name actually comes from sashimi. We took away the "sa" and added the femine suffix "ko." The only one to call her sushi is Nana because Nana is incredibly jealous of her. Shimiko has purple eyes with flecks of glitter in them, her lips are lined, and her hair has three colors! Down the middle is purple and on either side are brown and pink. She also has little cat ears sewn into her wig with the associated hair color. Shimiko is totally punk-rock with her brown shirt with pink skull and cross bones and pink and purple camouflage mini skirt. She even owns a matching guitar!

Our Dearest Cousin - Cecile

This lovely lady isn't my doll, she's Kayla's. And since Kayla and I are sisters at heart, Cecile is, naturally, the cousin to my dolls. Cecile has beautiful pink hair with quite a bit of natural body and wave in it. her eyes are deep sapphire blue, and she takes extra care into looking great everyday, which she does, her make-up proves it. She's a gothic lolita at heart, as is always in tune with her inner fashionista.

Aibon and Nono

When Skada's avatar cosplays Skada and Kayla dress up together and cosplay as Aibon and Nono from the JPop group W.

They are cosplaying from W's song Kai No Fuga and while art of them is not a high priority, it's fun and if you're inspired we'd love to see some more.

We won a cosplay contest and got this as a reward.

Naida and Kiandra Strauss

Kiandra is amazingly good at charms and Naida is super awesome at potions so I thought up this fantastic idea for a picture of them. They are both making a potion together, but Kiandra is standing over the cauldron casting some complicated (cool-looking) spell and Naida is sitting by the cauldron happily chopping and measuring things.

We'd also like a picture of the girls with their patronus, which are twin snow leopards. This of course means we need to find someone good at drawing animals. Yikes.
