XD yeah, that's why I don't really like auctions. I don't mind waiting for art, but I like to know that I don't have to pay huge amounts from my limited fund for it.

lol Same here. I mean...I can live with waiting a bit. Unless its like a month+. But I'm kinda picky and the ones I do like sometimes end up with a bid that I think is horrendously high. o.o; *pokes at the 15 million auction*

Eh yeah, and I only really liked 2-3 of those artists. But something like 1.5 million for a half body CG isn't worth it for me. I can get alot more from much better artists better suited to my style.

I tend to try and stay away from well known artists becuase I find alot of time it's the name that sells more then their art. sweatdrop

Yeah no kidding - thats what I thought when it hit 1 million. o.O I -do- like some of the artists. But eh..I could get better quality from someone else for a much more reasonable price.

(also agrees with that one, unless its Langley, because she rocks so much and her prices were so good) heart

Yeah, same here. X3 there are a few artists that I'd be giving 03 stuff for. Love Langley's stuff, but never see her. =( Nora said she only changed 20k or something for her art, I'm so jealous. gonk

Yeah - I remember way back in 04 when I saw her shop. Art was so good for such a low price. gonk I didn't get one back then but when I got to her, she only charged me like 60K or something. I said pssh and gave her 100K. Since then I've been kinda spoiled in terms of what I will pay for art. In the past I used to think I'd pay a million for certain art. But seeing what she did for what she asked in price... jebus. x.x (wishes she would do another commission, once these characters are more developed)
