I'm actually also fat (not very fat, but there's definitely curves), and I do get acne. Buuuut. *shrugs* Being fat's really only a problem if you mind it that much. It's not my preferred weight, but it's not horrible. And Proactiv does take care of the acne when I bother to use it. XD
