design a villain character for this story!!
consider it like every other superhero universe, with a million good guys and badguys
but I'm less interested in designing badguys/really entertained by the idea of your own designs in my world~~
[which is toronto. btw.]
you can design supervillains with powers, mutants, or the other side of the coin - thugs, gangsters and drug dealers.
anybody whose butt a couple of misguided samaritans would want to kick.
so yes. tbh not super interested in spending hundreds of k for these designs as they're more to entertain me than anything else..
and you're completely the owner of the designs unless you write them over to me, and if I ever bother to make this comic/story, I will credit you for the designs.
you can make them as detailed as you'd like [with backstories and all] or just simple designs.
