What would a fallen wish Gen 1 get me? Would it be unreasonable to expect a half body couple?

A Fallen Wish gen 1 is enough to get you a half body couple sketch (all shaded), but not an all out CG. It also depends on the complexity of the character, so...:3

Pretty boy, seme-ish, mysterious or serious. Can be slightly smirking.
About the small details in the avatar's pic, he's wearing a thin necklace, a gem belly and a blue underwear. If possible, can you draw the sash so that it won't cover too much skin (not covering nipples and belly)? No winking, no hand behind the head please. Or you can remove the underwear and cover him with the sash only.
