What's wrong?

Tired. Just got out of the gym.
Ran a few miles and a bit hungry now~
just hadnt eaten til i got home but the pain came from having to drink like 6 cups of water and having a sonogram on my kidneys and bladder... its painful. the pressure of the thing almost on my ribs...

no not for the pain from the sonogram.. i think i may be okay after a shower and rest but it still hurts
