Introduction

Hello! You have stumbled across my art shop so why don't you give me a few minutes of your life and look around? Before we begin, I'll just tell you a little about myself and why I have decided to create this shop.

My name is Kairou Watoshimi and chances are, I'm not your average teenage girl. I'm a 'black belt' in a couple different types of ancient martial arts and my father is currently teaching me the human body and its pressure points. I say 'black belt' because my teacher and his school doesn't do the 'belt system' but if they did then that would be what I am. I know five different languages and a few sub-languages. However, all of that is to please my parents and I want to do something for myself.

After thinking about it for a couple months a long, long time ago, I realized that I really like to draw. However, I have a horrible imagination and cannot come up with things on my own, so I turned towards the Gaian population for help. I'm a very, very selfish person though, and always need something in return.

That is where art seekers come in...

Rules

1. You must follow the GaiaOnline Terms of Service.

2. You must also follow the GaiaOnline Rules About Art Shops and Requests.

3. You cannot post my art in any other websites or even this one without my permission. Doing so is called ArtTheft and you can pay funds up to five thousand dollars in the United States and visit jail for a while. I will take legal actions against you.

4. You cannot edit my art and post it. It doesn't matter if you give me credit or not. Without my written permission, it is considered illegal.

5. If you want me to draw you original character then you must give me reference.

6. Unless you have a very simple avatar, I do not do avatar art. If you really want me to do one then you must have other reference besides the GaiaOnline Avatar.

7. You must Private Message me your orders.

Things To Know

1. I have the right to post the pictures on any websites that I wish to. I will be saying that it was a commission and the art was your idea. I only drew the picture.

2. I have the right to sell the picture in any way. I could make the picture into prints or cups.

3. The rules can be edited at any time and you cannot complain. I will not change something big though so you have no need to worry.

4. GaiaOnline Avatars do not count as reference.

5. The character is to be drawn in my style. Do not complain about it.

The Process of Commissioning Me

1. Copy and paste the right order form onto a private message that is going to be sent to me. Erase the words that are in italic and fill it out.

2. I will reply back and give you the price and perhapes ask a few questions.

3. When we are done with the whole asking and answering, you will then send me half of the gold that you owe me. I will not start the commission until I have gotten that half.

4. I show you the work in process as I work on your commission. You tell me to change anything if needed.

5. When I am done I will tell you so and you send me the other half of the gold that you owe me. I will not post nor send you the picture until you have paid me.
