I think I'm better at OCs than at Avatars. I have a hard time making the pixels of Gaia work on a full sized body.
There are some avatars that concentrate more on a theme than on pixel matching, and they're a bit easier. Like this one:  |

Aw, thanks. I tend to try not be like the ATers who go OMGCLUTTERMATCHYMATCHY. I think it looks much better when you avi matches, but you can still see thinks like its face, and what shape it is. Plus is makes it easier when I order art. xD

I agree. Not to say i don't have fun making cluttery themed avis.. (like flame, it can't help but get huge)
But to date, I've only made 2 Avi's I felt inclined to draw < , < But I don't ever get Avi art, my avi changes so much, there's nothing really that would say: This is clearly Taro's avi. when looking at the art, y'know? |

I just don't like clutter. I dunno, it bugs me for some reason. I just like being able to at least see the face of an avi.
And I change mine about every 2 weeks to 2 months, but that's sort of just become par for the course for me. No, it's not all of the same avatar, but I love the art nonetheless. xD |

*nods* I meant more of a cohesive style. Like the avi I just posted: all of Balo's Avi's are distictly Balo, and all of Zain's are distictly Zain, y'know? Even when they change their outfits, they have a certain style, a certain flair of pixel-magique~

Ahh, okay. That makes sense then. You're just one of the "hmm, I like this, so I think I'll wear that today" people. I don't generally consider myself to have a style, though I guess clean, and matching is one. xD
