I'm still tweaking parts of this page - most importantly the first few posts.

Autumn Twilight is about all my Original Characters, and getting art for them. I've been on Gaia since 2003, and have been a huge Art Whore since Early 2004. I remember getting my first sketch from Neon Clover and InvisibleFriend, and then right after, Tenica. Since then it's been all uphill and I began creating OCs to get art for. My first - Evangeline.

On Gaia, I'm mostly known as Keika. I hang out in either my friend Bella's thread, or Xiao Hwen Artists - both can be found in the Links section.

I want to explain some things on here first. The list of artists I'm waiting for is mainly for my own records - most of those I've already paid in full for (Real Life Commissions on DeviantArt are a bad habit I have ^^; ) The Grey List is pretty much only reserved for Artists who have stopped all communication with me - and they'll be removed once they start. I want to make it clear - I've waited 6 months between communication for those artists...if not longer. I have a lot of patience in waiting for art - but I like to communicate with the artist every so often to check in.

Which brings me to what's going to be my main rule - which will also be in the Rules section once it gets set up. I will not be completing Payment for any art I have yet to receive. I am tired of paying in full ahead of time and waiting MONTHS or YEARS to get the product - I can understand how real life and school come first - I will be the first to agree, but it's also not fair to pay two years in advance for a service that might not ever be completed.

Évangeline (Pronounced: Eh-vann-geh-leen)


Physical Description

Age: In appearance Évangeline seems to be in her early twenties. In reality however she is about eighty years old.

Eyes: Her eyes are almond shaped, and framed by thick black lashes, but the most striking thing about them is their color. A smooth blend of blue-tinted indigo and emerald green.

Ears: Her ears are slightly pointed at the top to create an elvish appearance.

Hair: Her hair is very long and very thick, reaching from her shoulders to her lower back, loose curls intertwining with smooth strands. The color ranges from deep blue to emerald similar to her eyes. On the left side of her face, her hair sweeps across her face to cover her eye, hiding a scar that reaches from her eyebrow straight down to her cheekbone.

Body: Her body is, for lack of a better description, waif like. Her bones are delicate and slender, her fingers long, with pointed nails, her legs thin, but not without shape, and her stomach toned rather than purely thin. Her bosom isn't ample but it's not 'barely there'. Her arms are not a pair of sticks connected to her body. This does not mean in anyway that she has an hour glass figure. Her body has an air of inner gracefulness about it.

Skin: Not exactly Opalescent but not full fledged Ivory either.

Clothing: The clothing varies, but there are some consistencies. Évangeline generally always wears a skirt of some kind. At the risk of sounding cliche, it would most usually be short, or short going to long with a slanted hem. As for the top, that's pretty consistent. On top, she wears a corset of some sort, lacing up the front and up the back, the sides left slightly open, just enough for the skin to show. On feet, she wears a range of boots to ballet styled shoes so that's really whatever goes with the outfit. around her shoulders rather than wearing a cloak or a cape, she wears an extremely long scarf. For those of you on gaia: think the Angelic Sash donation item. All of her clothing is the color or blends of colors in her hair and eyes.

Weapons: Not really a weapon per say...but she has an elemental affinity towards Water.

Fun other accessories: Évangeline has pierced ears. And with pierced ears comes many variations, though hoops are never worn usually a dangly non-gaudy type of earring is worn on the lobes while silver studs can be found in the cartilage. Golden strands of thin ribbon are women in her hair. Her make up style is a bit ethereal, golden eyeshadow and lip gloss cover her eye lids and lips. Her nails aren't real important as far as color goes but usually they're painted gold. Around her neck she wears a golden locket in the shape of a heart, a small locket, while around her ankles she wears two golden bracelets that hang at an angle, not too thin, but not huge either, about the width of a pencil.

Personality & HistoryUnder Construction

Évangeline isn't the most outspoken character. She's fairly quiet and contemplative when on her own, and when in a group she's somewhat more of a listener than a talker. Her personality really doesn't have any maliciousness in it, unless it's directed at those who might have hurt somebody she cares about. When in danger she tends to look for a way out subtly rather than struggle with the threat, and when at peace she prefers sitting on a swing in a forest over being in a big place surrounded by people. She wouldn't intentionally hurt anything, creature, plant, being or otherwise and in general tends to wander rather than staying on one place.


Évangeline was born the product of an Elf and a water nymph. She chooses to embrace the water nymph side of her heritage while taking advantage of the elvish side by walking on land rather than staying by the water all the time. She's been wandering since she was in her preteens, choosing to explore rather than stay by the place and parents she has always known. She's not without a goal however, she strives to find another like her, or maybe just to search.

As a child she was shut out of any activities by either side due to the mixed blood and the taboo-ness of her parents relationship. She didn't mind so much, as she learned to play by herself and create games using her control of the water and small amount of control over the plants that her elvish and nymph heritage gave her.

As a teen she was also turned away from any sort of group, but again that really didn't matter to her, and by choice she left her parents home to explore the world on her own. She made various acquaintances along the way, beings in nature, a few people - though far and few between them.

And now after many years of wandering, she's decided to find another like her.

Thu (Pronounced: Th-oo)


Physical Description

Age: 19 in appearance.

Eyes: Her eyes are a mixture of Copper and Sunset orange and Amber.

Ears: Her ears are slightly pointed at the top to create an elvish appearence.

Hair: Long, thick, curly, deep red in color, with streaks of copper and orange. Golden Highlights running through the curls.

Body: She's tall, slender, toned and curvy. Long legs, elegant arms.

Skin: Not exactly Opalescent but not full fledged Ivory either.

Clothing: Her top is a sunset orange and red wrap, tied in the back with the extra fabric flowing behind her back. She wears a skirt that goes down her legs on a slant, the longest at her knees the shortest, by mid-thigh. On her feet she wears a pair of ballerina style shoes, with red ribbons twining up to about halfway below the knee. In her hair, she has a copper toned sash that rests like a headband. Copper colored make up

Weapons: None

Fun other accessories: Bangle bracelets on her wrists.

Personality & History

Thu is pretty much a happy go lucky personality. She's very much a free spirit who loves to surround herself in nature. It's pretty hard to get her down and make her sad, but even when she does get that way she springs back fairly quick.

Foehn (Pronounced: Foe-eh-nn)


Physical Description

Age: 19

Eyes: Icey blue in color, with swirls of midnight blue.

Ears: Slightly pointed at the top.

Hair: A long, straight silver blue colored head of hair, with a dark blue sash holding her hair away from her face. Her hair goes about the middle of her back.

Body: .Slender, non-curvy, elegant.

Skin: Milky white.

Clothing: a Deep azure kimono style dress that ends at low thigh with a wide light blue sash around her middle. Long sleeves with a white border. On her legs she has a pair of white thigh high stockings with lace at the top, and on her feet, a pair of sandles, with blue thongs on them.

Weapons and stuff: She contorts sand, creating images and animals within it. She carries a small pack with her and blows the grains of sand out of her hand.

Fun other accessories: a Snowflake charm in the middle of the sash. a blue teardrop necklace around her neck.

Personality
Foehn's not really cold, she's more of a standoffish person. She's rather sit and quietly contemplate things in her own time and at her own pace. Often people assume her quiet demeanor is due to an icey personality, however this would be wrong. Only people very close to her know how she feels and reacts to things

Yukiko (Pronounced: You-kee-koh)


Physical Description

Age: 29

Eyes: Cold looking, a deep blue with light blue specks splashed into them Long black lashes and her eyes lids are covered in a white frosty blue colors eye shadow that matches her lips.

Ears: Pierced multiple times in the cartilage, mostly with rings, some light blue charms hanging from them.

Hair: Blue white, long and straight. The front portion is pulled straight back over her head and gathered with the top half of her hair into a bun held in place by two long sticks with dangling blue charms. The bottom half of her hair is gathered into two portions and wrapped in long blue hair wrap fabric. Two sections on the side in front almost beneath the hair that’s been pulled back, is pulled down to hang with the wrapped sections, over her shoulder. Her hair reaches to her waist.

Body: Tall and slim. Long slender fingers and long pointed fingernails. Her body seems to hold a lot of power within it while being almost weak looking. Her body has an inner gracefulness, her skin smooth. She has long limbs, arms and legs.

Skin: Her skin is pale with a blue sheen to it.

Clothing: She wears a long Bell-sleeved kimono with a white padded layer underneath. The kimono is dark blue with a light blue and white butterflies moving down the sleeves to her hands, almost clustered by the time they reach the sleeves. The belt of the kimono is light blue and bordered with lace with a white pad underneath. The sleeves go past her hands, and the kimono itself goes past her feet. Her legs are encased in long thigh high white stocking socks, and on her feet she wears Black Japanese style sandals. The kimono is light a silky and hangs off her shoulders showing her collar bone. When she walks or sits it shows off her legs as the fabric parts.

Weapons: She has a double bladed edge staff that she wields; a metal decorated section in the middle allows her to move it easily in her fingers. It’s about three to five inches around and about five feet long.

Fun other accessories: She has her hair sticks, black with blue charms that dangle down to her neck, about four of them hold up the large bun. On her slim ring finger she wears a silver ring with a dark nearly black gem in the center of it. Around her neck she wears a crystal tear drop that holds a blue liquid inside it.

Personality & History
She’s not a loud person; she speaks quietly but sharply and to the point. She has her playful moments, in which she’ll speak in riddles. She prefers lonely solitary contemplation as opposed to gathering minions to do her bidding. Her eyes hold an inner sadness inside them and glitter when she gets angry.

When Firn was little she went by a different name, Yukiko Uta. She grew up and into love with a man her parents had destined her to marry. On the morning of her wedding day at age 16 she found him, in a romantic and very wrong embrace, with another. Her heartbreak and rage overtook her and as her emotions exploded she killed him and his lover with a dagger, sharp and curved, and ran from the village. Through the snow and into the woods and hills around the village she fell into the snow and begged nature to take her. But nature would not. Instead it gave her a necklace allowing her control over ice and the ring her betrothed had given her. Nature also gave her the double bladed staff that she uses as a weapon. Nature was in fact the woman she had killed, a dark and controlling spirit named Kuromori. The spirit disappeared into the tear drop and ever since, Yukiko has been called Firn. The queen of the wood, killing or capturing any trespasser who enters. She wanders the wood, never growing cold, but keeping the wood always in winter.

Name: Dael (Pronounced Day-eel)

Physical Description

Age: 23

Eyes: Chocolate Brown with amber flecks

EarsSlightly pointed but mostly human-like.

Hair: Dark red – almost to a brown, with brighter red highlights. No bangs, worn down her back, usually pinned back with a golden wire butterfly hair clip/pin to keep the front two sections out of her face.

Body type: She's always looked fragile. She has long legs and stands around five foot seven, small ears and slender fingers and feet. Rather than looking scrawny she merely looks delicate.

Clothing: She wears a magenta gown, slim fitting, off the shoulder, to the floor, bell sleeves. The trim for the entire dress, is an emerald border about three inches thick, with golden embroidery, runes, magical symbols, you name it – it's there. Around her neck is a thin golden chain that connects to an emerald hanging about an inch above the dress trim on her neck. A braided chain moves down to connect another emerald at her pelvic area ( on top of the dress though) on each side of the bottom emerald, two slender chains on either side of the emerald connect to one on her back, which also has a braided chain up to another emerald at the nape of her neck, with chains on either side that connects to the one on her back. On her wrists she has many gold bracelets – all different sizes. On her feet she wears thickly soled knee – high boots made of the same fabric as her dress – tight fitting and laced with a golden thread of some kind. The only protective part of the boot is the bottom which is leather. In her ears she also has various golden earrings including an ear cuff around the cartilage of each ear.

Make-up/skin tone: Tan skin, dark eye make-up, otherwise no make-up.

Personality: She's rather calm and collected to outsiders, however when she's with people she knows, she's full of life. Easily fascinated by legends and myths, and ever searching for knowledge – she's incredibly intelligent. Honest and truly caring about living beings – she's the brightest star in the dark sky of her home city, Arcova.

Name: Vespyr (pronounced Vhes-per)

Physical Description

Age: 20

Body: She's tall with long limbs and thin bones. Not sickeningly tall, but she has an elegance about her. She has an ample bosom but it's not overly large, just enough to be a little curvy but not big.

Eyes: Her eyes are almond shapes, emerald green with a slight copper colored shine to them, framed by long lashes, with a copper colored eye shadow over her eye-lids.

Ears: Long slender and pointed

Make-up: She always wears a shade of light pink gloss with a very light tint of pink orange that resembles the skin of a peach.

Skin: Her skin is a pale kind of alabaster, not so much chalky or white, but a pale that resembles one that might have been out in the cold a little too long.

Clothes: Vespar wears a black lace corset that laces up the front, and ends in a V at the waist. On her waist she wears a large pouch which attaches to her skirt. Her skirt flows out from beneath her corset in long layers, the shortest one ending at her ankles, and the longest one ending just above the ground. The color of her skirt is a dark Grey almost the color of her corset, but a shade lighter. Her little pouch of coins is a dirty brown leather bag that cinches at the top and hangs loose, but at an angle and is never longer than her hand, and is always kept close.

Jewelery: Hanging from her neck is an oval locket, silver, but tarnished a bit with age. Many assorted bracelets hang on her left wrist.

Hair: Her hair is a dark red, hanging in loose curls about her face, half pinned back from her head with an also tarnished hair pin.

Personality: She's got a loud kind of brawly attitude. She seems to know everybody and those she doesn't she's eager to meet or at least act like she does. As a merchant she knows that everything she does depends on how she acts and how she can make an item out to be. She has a mystery about her that makes one believe they're never really seeing who she is.

Tessa (Pronounced: Tess-ah)

Physical Description


Age: 20

Eyes: Her eyes are large, almond shaped and alluring, luminous even. They vary from an amber color, to a darker shade of the same color. They are framed by thick lashes that sometimes hide her eyes from others.

Ears: Small pointed with a slightly round curve on the bottom. Various gold earring cuffs.

Hair: Her hair at its longest point reaches just below her waist and is French braided in two braids away from her face, falling in gentle waves down her back. It’s an auburn red shade, with highlights of copper and shades of dark ruby red running through it.

Body: Tessa isn’t one of the tallest girls around; in fact she’s probably one of the shorter ones. She stands about 5’3” in bare feet. She’s pretty strong, although from the looks of her you might not really be able to tell. She has mildly defined muscles in her legs and upper arms. Her wrists are small, delicate looking – but strong. Her stomach is definitely toned in the abs area, and her waist is narrow. Her bosom is not too small, but not too big, a healthy in between.

Skin: Her skin isn’t pale by any means, a kind of tan shade.


Clothing: Tessa is an odd one when it comes to fashion. While traveling she tends to wear slim fitting black pants tucked into a pair of black leather slightly heeled boots. She wears an off the shoulder peasant style shirt underneath a more intricately laced corset of Green and Gold trim while the majority matches the pants in blackness. On her wrists she has black leather guards or protectors.

Weapons: Daggers in her boots, and a long sword at her waist.

As a non-physical weapon, she also has some control over fire, being able to hold it in her palms and not burn…throwing it, creating it. When she holds fire, her tattoo seems to glow a little bit.

Fun other accessories: On her belts she has various pouches, very small and no more than five. On her left wrist she has a slender golden bracelet.

Personality & History

Tessa is an adventurer at heart. She lived most of her life in a forest, raising herself. While she’s used to being alone, she certainly jumps at the chance at any opportunity to be with people. She discovered early on the ability she had to control and create fire. However one part of her past remains a mystery to her. She has no recollection of ever having parents although she knows that she must. She also has no recollection of anything that happened to her before the age of ten, and that includes where she acquired the strange tattoo on her arm, that seems to have a strong connection to her ability to control fire.

Tessa has an outgoing personality and tends to talk quite a bit. That being said she tends to not talk about herself, or let on that she has a rather large gap in her memory. She gets along well with animals and is quite adept at moving through the forest and sneaking about and being generally stealthy any place she goes.

Neave (Pronounced: nee-iv)


Physical Description

Age: While appearing around 23, she's very old, an ancient one of the seas.

Eyes: Her eyes are a dark golden color, almost a dark amber in shade. They're not narrow, but they're not very large or wide either, more almond shaped than anything else –although they are slightly more open than that. They hold a fairly empty stare in them, not quite lonely – more like…hollow.

Ears: almost elf like, but a rounded tip, and not quite so long and pointed.

Hair: Neave's hair is thick, glossy, it moves as one, and the strands seem to merge into each other. A light sea-green with shades going as dark as emerald running through it randomly. Strands of seaweed and small shells seem to be braided into her hair. Left alone, to swirl about her as she moves, it reaches about halfway down her tail.

Body: Her body is frail almost waif like. Her fingers are long, almost bony with sharp nails. Her arms and long, almost elegant with a soft muscular appearance. Her waist small and thin with a soft smooth (and slightly defined) stomach. Her neck is thin. Her tail doesn't have any fancy fins around her waist, but rather gently and gradually tapers from skin to scale. The tip of her tail splits into two fins which resemble a Japanese goldfish, in the sense that they aren't smooth, but more of a raggedy look. The scales are a dark green, almost a black shade toward the tale, and moving upwards toward her waist become a pale green, though depending on how the light shining through the water hits them, they could be a light emerald.

Skin: Very pale, almost translucent with a greenish tint.

Clothing: Being a mermaid, she generally doesn't have much clothes to worry about. While sometimes she does wander without anything covering her top, she normally has some form of a seaweed (dark green in color) top. The top varies from a halter top style "criss-cross" type bra with starfish in the place of normal "mermaid bra shells".

Weapons: None that are always with her.

Fun other accessories: Around her neck she wears a chain with a locket – old looking, oval shaped, inside are two faded photographs of a man and a woman. Around her wrist she has a braided seaweed bracelet with shells braided into it. Her eyes have a dark blue (almost indigo) eye shadow over them. Her lips have a slightly lighter shade of the same color making them look cold. Her nails take on the color as well.

Personality: very cold and impersonal. Neave seems like a ghost in the water. She's silent, and inexperienced. Her emotions if she has any are in her bones rather than shown any place on her face. She's only ever experiences discovery and knowns only the sensation of being curious.

Astrid (Pronounced Ahs-t-rid)

Physical Description

Age: 14

Eyes: On Pink and one Indigo. Round with dark black Lashes. Her eyes are really expressive, little windows to her young innocent soul.

Ears: Small and slightly pointed at the very top, though normally her hair is covering them.

Hair: Very long and white with a blue hue. It grazes the tips of her knees and is often tied loosely behind her with a light blue ribbon.

Body: She's very small and compact, not overly thin but definetly not chubby. Her legs morph into hooves instead of feet. She has a very young body and isn't completely developed with a small bust.

Skin: Translucently pale. Her skin looks almost opalescent and tends to take on the highlights of wherever she is.

Clothing: On her ankles she has dark indigo ribbons tied around her hooves in a bow. She wears a small white vest that hangs open with a light blue tube top style wrap around her bosom.

Accessories: Around her neck she has a pearl choker with a sapphire in the middle. She has a fairy friend that follows her around sprinkling blue dust with her everywhere.

Personalities: Astrid is full of wonder and exploration. She is more curious than a cat and more playful than a puppy.She absorbs everything around her at once and almost always has a bright outlook and a look of amazement on her face.

Name: Lisette

Age: 18

Hair: Long, blond ringlets, but usually kept pinned up in a bun, with several strands framing her face.

Body type: Muscled but slender - a dancer's form. Graceful and strong.

Eyes: Large indigo colored eyes

Skin: Pale but not white.

Jewlery: a Cream colored ribbon around her neck with a fabric rose attached off center, to the side of her face.

Clothing: A long full body corset in creamy white, with thick lace along the top and bottom. Hooked up the front. On her legs, a matching pair of sheer - but cream colored with lace along the top. On her feet, a pair of as with the rest, cream colored high heels, with a strap around the ankle and a rounded toe...on her hands a pair of dainty lace gloves.

Evander (Pronounced: Eve-and-her)

Physical Description

Age: 24

Eyes: Almond shaped Amber eyes, with dark golden tipped lashes; His pupils have a dark rim around the outside as well. The Amber isn't the yellow type of amber but rather a dark golden color.

Hair: His hair is long and straight. Copper colored with random braids through it. He normally wears it down and often, several strands will cover his right eye.

Body: He's muscular though he's not overly muscular and bulging. His muscles are natural looking and not overly apparent. He's not very tall around five feet, 10 inches. He has a strong looking chest, with slightly defined muscles at his chest, and his arms are strong looking as well.

Skin: His skin is a very pale shade of ivory.


Clothing: A dark grey pinstripe vest overlaps his black button – up shirt which hangs out a little below the vest, the sleeves are rolled up to just below his elbows, and the collar and first button are undone. He wears a pair of dark blue almost black jeans secured at his hips with a black leather belt. On his feet he wears steel-toe dark grey boots, while over his hands he wears black leather gloves with the fingertips cut off. He has a black leather short sleeved, high-collared jacket that ends mid-chest.


Fun other accessories: His ears have rings going from the lobes up through the cartilage, on his wrist he wears a metal wrist cuff with the emblem of a lion and the words “Dawes” scrolling across the time, and “Nil Time” scrolling across the bottom.

Personality & History:
Evander can be with people and without people, though he’s a very solitary creature and prefers not to mingle overly much.. He prefers living in a forest type area rather than a highly populated city. He's a charming people person for sure though. He can be somewhat playful and always enjoys making the people he does choose to spend his time with smile. That's not to say however, that he's funny all the time, he has his serious moments, he just usually doesn't show people that he's all that worried about any situation that he might get himself into.
Evander is a little bit old fashioned. He tends to spend a lot of his time reading, writing and in his own library of books researching various subjects. He’s reserved and only opens up to one person. He currently lives on an estate in France, just outside of Paris. Close enough to travel frequently to the heart of the city and see her dance every night.
