Hello lovelies.
First and foremost, both of these females are not a couple.
No kissing and all that.
However, it can be a little suggestive and I'll tell you why.
To the bottom left - A sweet little vampire with her eyes on a treat. To the right - an older more amused Assassin woman who finds said vampire quite adorable.

In most cases, I feel the Assassin will be running the show, but do feel free to switch it around, espeially if the vampire girl is hungry.
Now, the first pose suggestion I have would be:
The vampire girl with her teeth sunk into the wrist of the Assassin. It's more of a cute dynamic really. But if you're going for something not so sweet and more on the darker side of vampire tendencies, go for it.
Both girls are in their 20s. Have them look their age. Unless you do chibi. Blood is fine as she is a vampire. Can't get away from that, aha.
