I have a semi strange request, as I lost all my OC's art. His name is Kaito Arata. and I'm using him in a One Piece RP guild. Pretty simple design, I need his face, eyes, and ears (Including the ear rings) to look like this. I'd like him shirtless, with a skinny/slightly muscular build. Across the right side of his abs, I need a heart tattoo (Not too big, it's really dumb but it happened in his story. xD) with the words 'RUM' inside. For shorts, I'd like a pair of Khaki shorts, and flip flops for shoes. In his left hand, a bottle of rum but I guess that's optional. I'd like to pick out just one artist and pay them all 20 bil, just so I know they do a good job. Thanks everyone. 3nodding
