Looking to work with a good artist.

I can't draw as well as I used to, but then again I was never any good at animal anatomy or trees. I'm looking for an artist who can draw me a tree of life tattoo, like this.

But here's the kicker! Instead of the circle around it, I want a white's dumpy tree frog in the top left corner facing down and curling around part of it. On the opposite side, I want a bearded dragon.

Don't expect much by way of offers to do this, since the general consensus is that it's unfair for the artist to do work for fake money, while the tattooist gets paid real money to put it on your skin.

That is true, but I'm keeping in mind that there are a few people who don't want to spend their own real money on items on Gaia. c:

A good idea then... Would to be to find tattoo artists around where you live price them out see if they'll do drawings for you (I know anyone where I am from will do it for free unless you decide to get the tattoo elsewhere... then you will need to pay them for the design which would be a minimum of $100)

Look for clean shops, look at portfolios, understand that SIZE is important you will not be able to get this tattoo for a shop minimum. Find out if the shop charges by the hour or by the piece (piece places are generally a slightly better rate and faster though not always better work) I personally like finding out if the artist smokes or not... if they smoke there is a chance they will take smoke breaks... which I HATE 15 minutes for them to go smoke. If you smoke it's not so bad but I don't. Find out if the artist prefers color or grey scale work... THings like that.
