Hey. I'm requesting art for my ocs and if I really like the art you make me I'll give you what I think is a reasonable to pay for it. I'm really looking for decent artist at a fair price though, but at the same time I'm tired of seeing my same drawing styles. I wanna see what you can do.

Specific Things: he has a mole on the left side close to the bottom of his lip. He wears a black sleeveless turtle neck on the inside and a green vest/sweater thing on the outside. He wears a doctor's/lab coat but one side is always draping down showing one shoulder.
