Hiring Artist! Willing to spend BIG MONEY

I am looking for an artist for a fairly simple job, I need someone to draw a Nyoro (if ya don't know, but still wanna help, send me a PM) of a character (will be given in PM if you're interested).
Pretty much that's about it :l

Format: I'm just looking for something around avatar size for youtube, whatever that maybe, my guess is as good as yours...

Deadline: As fast as you can, trying to get this done soon.

Payment: I'm willing to pay you the base price of 200,000 (it's a simple project), and anything more will be tip, I am willing to tip anywhere from 100k-500k more depending on well the art is and how fast it can be delivered.
