pj0.o - I wasn't planning to commission too much pencilwork, but I think I could commission you too. And I know what you mean about doing two characters---I used to be the same way (and there's only one way to improve 3nodding ). It's just hard for me to decide between them. I suppose I'll go with Star. Do you think you could just come up with something creative and cute for her outfit? Since b&w doesn't really show hair/eye color, maybe incorporate something more with stars on her outfit somehow.... like a hat with a star or something. But I'll leave that up to you. ^^

nsqcleo - LOL that inked bat girl is cute. Well, as I have two characters and if I just did one for you, I'm sure we could balance something out with an art trade. Since you've already done one beautiful piece with the characters (actually, I think it was your best CG yet), do you have a different take on them that you would like to do? I dunno... like something more modern themed or more animated. I could add you onto a future art trades list.

KyonKyonSama - I REALLY thought about you for a little while and looked at some extra examples of yours. I'm quite impressed at how you work with ms paint and I think you grasped a good image for Star and Midnite, but I think I'm going to have to pass. As much as I'd love to commission everyone, my pickiness has to show through sometime. I think if you really learn another program (like I see you're dabbling in open canvas) then you're art will go a lot farther. 3nodding But good luck with it all!

crap crap crap crying I was wondering why the thumbnails weren't working on the first page. I just found out that my domain name, StarInMyPocket.net, at godaddy.com has expired. I guess it would only go automatically for three years before expiring. But worse, I don't know my login name anymore to access it and I KNOW LONGER HAVE THE E-MAIL ADDRESS THEY KNOW ME BY! I guess I'm more relieved that it's not my host site, but still... my whole site's dissappeared just because the domain name's no longer there. I wonder what address it exists by without that....

Well, I'm just semi-freaking out. They don't say how many days they would hold it for for a renewel. I requested an account/e-mail change but apparently you need to add in a photo identification signature and all that and fax it to them and something like it would take a "couple business days" to process. I'm wondering if it'd be better just to wait until they're not reserving the domain name and regetit... hopefully it's an unusual enough domain name that it wouldn't dissappear.

*big sigh* This coupled with tests around the corner and ever procrastination of apply at another college and making sure I get everyone's registrations and money in for Jacon before the next week or so... *takes another sigh*

I don't know what to do with my thumbnails in the mean time... i could reupload them in photobucket but it seems timetaking XD

They're nuts... I just read in the FAQ for Godaddy that it costs like 80 bucks ro renew a domain that's in the redemption period! It costs like 8.95 yearly for a domain....

And I'd have to wait like 30 or more days for them not to be holding the domain for me to get it again. But then they said something about auctioning it which I didn't get. So the best looking idea right now is to try and get StarInMyPocket.com instead of .net.... but then I have no idea how to have it change for my host plan as I have the account that doesn't allow me to add domains. Argh cry

If you let it expire, there's the risk of some idiot buying your domain before you, and trying to sell it to you for like $400. Arrgh... Good luck sad
