I'm looking for someone who's good with detail, clothing and hair etc, who can also draw animals. I have gold to spare and I'm willing to bargain a price that doesn't go over 1mil unless you're so amazing I'll sell my soul to you. I'm looking for semi-realism art, full body and someone who can draw the female form.
My character is:
Tall, nearly 6ft. Medium length black hair, green eyes and tanned skin with the faintest freckles on her nose. She likes to wear corsets and interesting outfit combinations, they tend to be dark shades to slip around shadows easily.
She can turn into a giant dog, literally huge, around 18ft and slim. It's black but not fluffy, smooth coated with a long tail that has an arrow point at the end.
