Kai Kashine
Kai is my sister's UTAUloid character, using my younger brother's voice. Kai is 12 years old. His item is pocky.
He's pretty cute/silly/shy, not a boisterous young lad. More like little quirkyness. He obviously likes to sing.
He loves sweets and technology.
If you could draw him with a little tiger / stuffed tiger, that'd be amazing.

I don't think I can spend much more than 300k on a particular piece of art. I don't like bribing people, so please, please, try to give me a price range. And unfortunately I don't think I'll be doing IRL commisions.
I can do art trades, though, if youre interested. The last reference for Kai was drawn by me, so that's the style I would draw in.

Her birthday is on the 14th but I haven't had much luck so please don't be afraid to post! (That also means I can't order art that will take longer than 6 days to draw.)(unless it's amazing and obviously worth the wait)
