Crystal Crest (Ignore post count, still looking for more)

I have an original character that has a crest that is a crystal with energy sort of swirling around it like a snake. I am terrible at drawing, so I would be willing to pay one of you lovely artists to draw it. The color scheme would be a light blue with a slightly darker blue and you can even use silver/white in there too. This is a doodle I did to give you the basic idea, but obviously, I would want it to be more detailed.

Terrible art is terrible.

Here is a more recent one I did, which would be a better show of the color scheme.

Feel free to take liberties with the shape of the crystal, since I am obviously rubbish at that as well. Add some sort of light/shine to it if possible. This crest is of a noble true-born dragon, a healer and protector, if that helps you get the feel of what I need.
