Chick in question is Okechi -- I found her through her shop on Gaia, so I know she does work for gold commissions, I just have no idea where her shop is. >_< I can't really earn gold on Gaia fast enough to afford good commissions, so I buy my art via IRL stuff instead. Easier and cheaper, actually! No, really. I sat down and calculated my net worth per hour and how much gold I earn per hour, then translated the cost of a picture into hours spent earning gold, then translated those hours into real money...

And, yeah. It's way more logical for me to just pony up the real cash. XDDD

Hey, you'd be surprised. Angela (the red girl) canonically has really, really big boobs, and it took me MONTHS to get a proper reference picture of her because nobody wanted to draw her with big enough breasts.

And holy crap, that's really good art. Probably costs a mint, though. It'd actually probably be too good for this thread - this is just kind of a one-off side request, after all. I'd probably want to purchase something more useful, since I have a shortage of good reference pics. If you ever find the link to her Gaia shop, drop me a line so I can pay it a visit.

I'm paying $25 for a couple pic -- if she accepts, that is -- of my two female OCs together. Like, together together.

And Angela's big all over so at least that makes some sense. The Dead or Alive Volleyball thing just makes me groan.

Yeah, she's actually meant to be fat specifically for that reason - big boobs are part of her character, but I didn't want her to inexplicably have the body of a porn star. Basically, she started out as the little girl item, but I wanted her to be older in my story. What's the easiest and most apparent way to make a girl look older? Give her really big boobs. But then that put her smack in the middle of "perfect-bodied girl OC" territory, so she was made to be fat so she had a legitimate reason to have a super-sized bosom. That and you never see chubby characters anyway, so it was a double bonus. The hard part is finding people willing to draw her that can actually do her justice...

And $25 ain't THAT bad. I'm used to people charging $40-50 for one character, fullbodied, with even more added on if you want that special touch. Generally it works better for me to use Gaia gold, though - when a new RIG comes out, I can usually turn a $25 cash card into a cool million, which can last me for months the way I spend.

Urrrrrrgh. Lucky b*****d. I got 2 bundles of Lonely Star and only got the Starbabies as a high-selling item. Though my recent art bribe shop/temp shop got me a total of 400K, not counting tip, and some Lonely Stars, so maybe I'll get lucky with those! *ridiculously addicted to those*

And YES. Thank you for having logical body types! The two chicks I want, one is a muscled martial arts spy, and the other is a telepath. Neither of them have especially large breasts, especially not the spy who changes gender every full moon and therefore has to look somewhat boyish as a girl and somewhat girlish as a boy. And yet, one artist I commissioned, gave them both HUGE whacking big jugs (and messed up the anatomy as well so that their thighs were illogically big) and made me facepalm so much.

25 dollars is not bad at all. Though another artist I know did me a full-body couple shot for only $10 (though I threw in another 5 as a tip because I like the girl/know her as a friend).

I'm glad to see you have intelligence and moderation as well! Those two don't seem like they'd be right with over-exaggerated features. Sadly a lot of artists - even professional ones - like to artificially inflate bust size to make up for lack of drawing ability. Now, don't get me wrong, I like a well-endowed girl as much as the next guy, and probably even more so, but even I think things get a little out of hand sometimes.

That's why I tried to make the two girls, and even the guy, have "normal" body types and personalities. I've already told you about Angela; her guardian Nineball is actually fairly moderate - he's a big guy, but not super-muscular nor a lanky CLAMP character. He's not perfect, either - hell, the entire reason Angela lost her leg and her eye boiled down to Nineball being startled and forgetting to keep the safety on on his gun. The character that is perfect - Friska, the orange-clad girl - actually has a reason for it as well. She was the modest, demure daughter of a wealthy bigwig who majorly pissed off a crime syndicate, so they abducted her to surgically and hormonally doctor her up into this super-soldier sex object, then paraded her around so her father could see his pride and joy defaced. So she also has a legitimate reason to look the way she does...
