You can use pencil, pen, mouse, laptop touchpad, tablet,computer and whatever ways it pleases you to do this meme. You could either print the whole meme out or draw your pictures on paper, scan it, then paste it under each question. If you don't have a scanner, I guess using a camera to take the picture could also be an idea. :B Or you could just right click, copy (or save as) to your computer and do it in any art program! .
Also, there is no actual rule to this meme. Just use your imagination and have fun with it! :3
