Shortened info: a lord of underworld (still living... surprisingly 8D), very passionless as he lack soul, mute, hates black but still dresses in it, doesn't react to almost anything, likes tangerines, often carries a black candle, has three shadowy minions, keeps tearing souls out of people in search for his own, lost one. Ignores everything and everyone, doesn't give any kind of reactions at anything most of the time, plays games for kids and colors coloring books 8D his games indicate his mood too. for exaple if he's playing snakes and ladders all is good, if he's playing cards something's wrong and if he's playing chess with himself someone's gonna die XD

Shortened info: crazy, freaky, always relaxed and optimistic and smiling 11k-year old fire demon, once a priest on Atlantis, falsely accused, sacrificed to gods and burnt by his own people (hence the fire element). Many many tattoos - all of them move and swirl on his body, reshaping like fiery runes, only tattoos of moon + star and sun on his arms are immobile, he serves deady, but only cause he wants, he's the real, powerful legendary ruler of underworld (even though no one knows it), and so Deady would be no match for him as an enemy. Listens to pop, carries ipod around, sings and humms, dances around, molests deady with his tail, claiming he can't control it, unnerves Lele, never wears shoes or shirt, always has his strange clothes with strange random thingies over his pants, wears lots of jewelery, has completely black eyes with little flames inside them. His ears are not elf-like. They are ragged ^__^ Kreaper's very cat-like and he often runns on his four XD

best hair refs: he got real LOAD of hair, and they're more or less shoulder-lenght generally, shorter in places, longer in places. usually ruffled as if he just woke up and messy --&ref ref1, ref2 , ref3

those refs also give idea on his usual facial expressions XD = uninterested and sleepy

and he doesn't wear black all the time. so you cna be the one to break this habit and draw him in otgher clothes XDDD just nothing too colorful. mostly white shirt + grayish/blackish thingies, can be black with colorful pattern or something. Kreaper made him get out of black XDD

KREAPER

here don't change outfit since he always walks around bare-chested and with those red pants of his. he wears loads of ancient looking golden jewelery though so feel free to add as much as you like XDD

KAY:

generally: Kay's an undead ex-king of Wales, who would normally go to hell after he died since he was a total b*****d while alive, but he 'shielded' himself with unfinished business and therefore ended in underworld together with his castle, spending 500+ years there, until the story begins. he also developed split personality, but we're definitely talking about his evil part now 8D It's much more complicated, but I have no reason to molest you with the whole story and any other charas except the ones i want drawn, so speeding up he made it out of the underworld and into the living world and on the way he met a nightmare that was as evil, and pervy + extreme freak and they are now a crazy dreadful duo, plotting for world dominance 8DD or well, underworld dominance at first XDDD since Kay doesn't really like the modern surface-world. there are no kings there anymore and he can't get to power by simply murdering 1 person XD If I was to illustrate them via comparisons, they would be like Pinky and the Brain (one is a genious, the other's insaaaane!! XD), or Gir and Zim (-hopes you know those XDDD-). Kay's a mastermind, and he plots the most, but Nif's extremely smart too. But he's an unpredictable freak too. Zort XDD

now for kay back-story so you get the mood 8DD (copied from his profile, if you accidentally found it in that thread. Just, there it is as KD's profile, meaning the good alter ego, but back-story is certainly dark and belongs to Kay since he had no good alter ego when he was alive, he just hid his cruelty and soullessness behind a polite smile, as he got a truly royal upbringing and had all the kingly manners perfected):
"Kay ad Dai was born in a royal family. He was the youngest child, and had 3 brothers and 2 sisters. When he was a teen (11,12) he got lost on a hunt and wandering through the forests fell into the influence of a wicked necromancer/shaman type of guy, who lived in a dark cave in the woods. The few years he spent as his 'apprentice' ruined his psychic and royal personality forever. The man made his mind rot with cruel tales and forced Kay to read books of dark rituals, death and tortures; he taught him how to find bliss in other's pain, how to find sexual pleasure in the sight and taste of blood, how to listen to moans and screams with relish. He made his heart dark and cold, his soul ruthless. And fell the first victim to the creature he created. Kay ripped him to pieces while he slept, just to experiment the books on something else than animals. And he only smiled with delight when he screamed and begged. Just like he was taught to.

Kay combined all the darkness that crept into him with royal upbringing he got, and became a most monstrous creature one could imagine. Well-behaved and gentle, smiling softly, moving and gesturing like a king, but inside hollow and fake, wicked and frozen, cruel without any limits.

When he made his way into the castle, all smiling and 'hello-mom-and-dad-and-sissys-and-bros-i'm-back!!!', he waited half a year for everyone to love him again and trust him indefinitely and then, when he was 16-17 one evening he put a sleeping herb into their meals, and experimented on them like he did to the shaman. He threw one sister out of the tower window just to hear her bones crack and like it was described in books, he slit his father's throat, very slowly, just to see how long exactly it takes a man to bleed out. But then he decided its a real loss, to just kill people like that and he dragged them into the dungeon, for later use.

Earlier he hired a pack of lunatic bandits he made acquaintance with in the forests, to attack the castle on that night, and so he blamed the disappearance of his family on the attack and everyone believed him.

He became a master of the castle himself and for the following months he was gathering more and more tools and every night he was sneaking to the dungeons that only he had keys to, to torment and torture and maim his brothers, his mother and sister, cutting off their fingers, trying out all the things he read, but never killing.

Though this couldn't go for long without people making the truth out and he knew it, so Kay decided it'll be more interesting anyway he was the first to let the world know and it'll be more thrilling if there was some risk added to spice it. and so he let out his mother and sister, for them to tell the world everything. And the world slowly learnt about the insane king and his deeds, but Kay used the treasure pf the castle to hire bandits from all round to protect him, and so he was untouchable.

As they years came however, Kay replaced the bandits and mercenaries with truly fanatic and faithful minions - he gathered other arrogant, rich and insane people on his side, and meanwhile the world learnt to shake in terror before him and his court. every one close to him was just as sick and rotten, and his castle was a nest of evil, decadence and debauchery, the devil's abode. and he still was coming down to his brothers to torture them, while reciting poetry and other cruel things.

But one day he paid for the mistake of once letting his mother and sister live. because they fled to a safe place, and when Kay 's mother died soon after because of the wounds Kay dealt her, the sister promised to avenge her. and so 15 years after, she sacrificed her life, becoming a slave girl on his castle, unrecognized cause time changed her, and with only pale scars all over her body. On Kay 's 32nd birthday he made a huge orgy-like party, and somehow that slave girl managed to get him drunk (well, he'd make himself drunk anyway XDD ) and creep into his bed. When they were in his chambers, he stripped her, threw himself on her and only when he felt the scars did he realize something was wrong. but he didn't have much time to think on this because a dagger went through his head.

Thats more or less the story of one sick king who died on his birthday and no one cried after him."

Now onto appearance:

Build: not really muscular, rather delicately prince-like, he killed a lot of people himself but rather torturing them and not swinging the sword in the battle. He always had his lieges do that for him. Kay's feminine in a way. quite fragile (well not very, but looks like that XD) but totally evil darkness-lord type. NOT OLD SCARY AND MANLY PLZ. He's secksey. the only scary things in him are his naked bones.

best ref ever for his built AND the type of evil smile he almost always has is THIS <3

Skin: contrary to his good part (KD) whose skin is caramel, Kay's skin, when he 'emerges', is ashen and tinted with dark violet shadows, that swirl randomly underneath his skin. I don't have good ref for those shadows, since they are not really spirals. They rather look like ink spilled in water if you know what I mean. I'll let you interpret it yourself.

skin hue ref: this, and this

Bones: quite important thing is that Kay has skeletal parts. His left arm and hand is whole skeletal, as is a part of his ribs on the left side.

hair: shoulder-long, with fringe, part is purple, and part (from under his horn and down) is white and dead. Best hair refs: this, thisand maybe this

Horn Kay has a horn, on the right side of his head. Best horn-shape ref would be this ultra old drawing of mine XDD horn is brown, with different shades probably, exact hue I'll leave up to you. I bet you can make it... horny XDDDDDDDD ^__~

Ears: long and pointy. Best ref is... oh i dunno, most are good. So up to you.

Eyes Kay has only one good eye. Why so, is written in the end of the backstory XD this is his deathwound so it will never heal. Hence him wearing an eyepatch. Good eye is orange-cherry and glows pink in the dark 8DD IT'S NOT EFFIN RED PLZKTHX Best refs are: this, and this though at first the idea was that his eye-white is also tinted fiery. But that's up to you. But pink glow in the dark is a must XDDD that makes him so very SCARY, doesn't it XDD <3

Eyepatch star-shaped or this-shaped XD plz <3 color = cherry/pink, NOT PURPLE, good color ref is this.

Teeth/face he has a white stripe on his chin and ring in his bottom lip (he can have earrings in ears too <3) and what's important are the stitches on the right side of his mouth: best ref, so DON'T DRAW HIS TEETH STICKING OUT. When Kay comes out in the story his cheek is already healed and there are stitches there only. well unless you really want and know it will look cool. then mind that his teeth are just normal teeth and not some mutant additional teeth XDD thanks for attention.

Rings he wears loads of them, both on his normal and skeletal hand, most old fashioned, silver or golden with big rubies.

clothing: He loves some of the new badass clothes but he is all for royal old-fashioned ones, furs especially <3 We give you ARTISTIC FREEDOM with that. and expect you INVENT something kickass. Like, once I gave artistic freedom to awesome creature called Miz and look how lovely and in character these clothes are <3 In Kay's case don't copy outfits others invented plz.

Kay can also wear badass t-shirts, black with neon writings like 'F-U-C-K YOU' etc on them. or he can wear whatever if it looks cool

things i forgot about the pic: well not really forgot, but they are information you may do something with:

1) Kay can make objects levitate, like few little stones in the pic for example ^__^

2) Kay loves his dagger <3 loves to cut ppl up with it XDD actually he kills Nif everyday on their 'goodnight' ritual XD you know, like, instead of goodnight kiss. Cause Nif's darkness makes him immortal, he doesnt let Kay's blades or anything get through and touch Fred's body. (well, sometimes he does, cause he's a masochist XDDD ) and only makes illusion of blood puring out/etc XDD quite spectacular illusions. he deceived kay like that back in the beginning when kay first killed him XDDD so kay can have his dagger, bloodied or not bloodied, somewhere. up to you

He looked like small little fluffy furball with big big eye and batwings instead of ears once. And was a most lame nightmare a nightmare realm has ever known. But one day he got swallowed by a boy who fell into a nightmare well and from now on he lives inside his body like a parasite. And now when he has a body, what never ever happened to any nightmare before, he is powerful and deadly. Add crazy nuts 10-year-old-mentally perv to it and you better run away screaming XDDD Kay met him once when he looked like a furball, but Nif would never tell the demon the truth. Now, he's powerful, and he invented his own unique image and badass villain outfit XD his hobby in the past was what not many nightmares do = watching human world. He used to watch many horror movies, porn and anime etc. So generally he knows the modern culture quite well, especially after he looks into Fred's (the boy who swallowed him) memories. And he can shapeshift. Hence the pics with tentacles XDDDD tentacle rape rawks lawl XDDD We had fun about him 'wanting to show Kay anime culture' XDDD (generally even though Kay is the master-type, they treat each other as equals. But most of the time Nif loves being submissive one 8DD he's cunning and intelligent but has huge mood swings, and makes Kay feel like a babysitter sometimes XDDD 'Kaaay, feed me, Kaay, play with me' 'Kaay, let's take over the world today!' XDD)

Appearance:

EFFIN IMPORTANT THING ABOUT LOOKS/AGE AND MENTALITY!!!!!!!

The most important thing Zlukaka begged me to tell you and make sure you remember, is that Nif looks like a teenager, and totally not like an adult or even 18+ he's more like up to 17 since the boy he got into was 17 (that is no obstacle for him to be crazy evil perv though XDD). and Nif's childish for a reason too, since as a nightmare, he was aged 10 XDD although he is not stupid. Only one in a while XDDD mostly cause he has his own theories on the human word XDDD for example he is sure people feed from TVs since they spend so much time staring at them. When Kay laughed at him and asked what he thinks people were feeding from back in the times he was a king, nif answered, that they were feeding from books obviously XDD also, he's sure that Kay is sad when he looks at his naked ribs (Kay hates them) only because he's missing a n****e, while nipples are so much fun XDD and so on. Somewhere in the story Nif also adopts a big fat fluffy she-cat he finds on the street and cares for her molesting Kay with it XDDD but she dies later .__.

Btw about age, Kay is young looking too. He was 32 when he died. My bro's 38 and he still looks young so i guess its possible XDDDDDDDDDDDDDD ^__~

wings: because yes, nif has wings. Usually they are shrunk to simple tattoos on his shoulderblades, but when he needs them they grow big and let him fly. but sometimes he keeps them little like here for fun. it's up to you if you want to draw them. if you do, don't draw big-version rather, cause it will make him look like some dull angel of death, while he's totally not one XDD

hands: this is a curious thing always. three options for this. or more XDD

1)his hands can be shadowy mouths (up to you to interprete that, but here is how someone interpreted it before: [clickkk] )

2) can be normal but drip with blood. illusionary blood ^__~ he's body is one big illusion weaved from darkness over Fred's body. and here it seems there are also two sub-options XDD cause i always thought it means his whole palms are while and only fingers drip with blood but then zlu drew this pic i i am no longer sure, so you chose XDD

3) tentacles 8DDDDD can be for example red and purple to ******** a bit XDD but i'm not sure if it won't spoil the mood of the picture if Nif will be tentacley. so you decide XD

Nocus refz [x] , [o] his hair are actually quite thick dreadlocks and i just fail to draw them so they look like hair ^__^; so if you happen to be able to draw them more true-to-life, then that would be awesome <3



also, as you see his dreadlocks are patterned XDDD AND ATTENTION RLY THEY ARE FLYING AROUND TOO XDDD you can go freestyle with pattern design and add some more types that just dotted, striped and plain if you think of some ^__^

also, his hair float around his head 8DD thats why Berty nicknamed him Medusa. his tongue can be normal or snake-like

hair: dreadlocks are green and violet (like, violet pattern on green, or vice versa, or some like this, some like that, feel free to experiment XD ) you can also pick different shades of violet/purple and green if you think he'd look better with them (i just didnt draw him in color yet so i don't really know what shades would fit exactly *u* )

oh and he's got a lil one-stripe-beard on his chin C : green probably ^__~ but can be violet, why not, whatever XDD he's a nightmare so he can change his outer looks as he wishes XD

earrings: all silver. he has loads of them: one in his on right eyebrow like this ( and lawl looking for this piercing i just found a similar guy XDDD right skin color here too XD ), one ring in his nose, 2 little rings/studs under his left eye, and two studs under his lips; on his chin. + quite some in his ears ^__^ feel free to experiment with their looks and placement even. just nothing brutal. and all rather small

Personality he is a nightmare, and so he is undable to understand humans and their feelings too well, but he tries (if he wasnt powerful enough - 900 year old - he'd be disrespected by other nightmares that treat humans only like food and nothing more), and so he is rather a good hearted nightmare 8D but can be scary. for anyone except berty whose dreams he visits *u*

Berty's 20 years old, but looks somewhat younger. He's a bit thin. Generally, Berty is a normal mortal guy, the most interesting part of his outside being freckles. They're on his face, neck, shoulders and arms, mostly on the face and shoulders. He doesn't have any peircings, tattoos or anything of the kind. His hair is more or less short and he has a fringe, that keeps falling into his eyes.

Clothes: he wears T-shirts mostly, very various ones, of different colors and with different pictures on them. Those often have to do with some cartoons. Any cartoons really. "so go freestyle <3" (Luff quote XD), and with those he normally wears shorts or capri and probably sandals.

And for freckles, well, his are somewhat less multiple than those of this girl. But this can give you a good general idea.

Personality: Berty is very shy and often gets embarassed because of nothing. Nonetheless, he's very out-going. He's also friendly and curious. He liked Nocus from first sight, and still goes shy around him, which doesn't stop him from staring at Nocus, when he thinks Nocus can't see him do that. Berty is an artist and designer and is very fond of cartoons.

About pose, well, he probably should be acting shy. On the whole, as you please.

info: and so, Lele (Ilelebet XD)'s ex-highpriest-king of Atlantis, Kreaper's superior, once - now grumbly greenish-gray (not completely green, and not completely gray, that is = mix of those ) huge-eared (rly XDDD) goblin living trapped in the Underworld's tower, where Deady and Heartless moved in 'recently' = 70 years ago XDD and Kreaper moved recently, few months ago. He 1) grumbles, 2) grumbles, 3) grumbles.

On good days he dresses up in hood and cape and takes a staff and pretends to be guardian of Deady's Soul Collection (deady keeps those in jars in his tower, after he rips them out of people, nothing personal, really).

On bad days he walks around in tattered grayish loincloth, clinking with his half transparent chains (he's soul is chained to the tower, cause its the very same tower he ruled Atlantis from once, back when he looked like this)

He's grumbly mostly cause he spent 10 thousand years alone with the rats in that goddamn tower. And has to bear presence of Kreaper, who used to be his best friend, and whom Lele sacrificed to the gods, so he feels kinda guilty and pissed off in turns.

When he's pissed off his feet leave footprints of silver fire on the ground too. And he lurves saying 'Oh Maaaaaan!' (says that all the time XD )

Also, he can enchant dead fire and use it, just like Kreaper can do with normal fire.

On the more serious note... he loves disney and anime. His absolute fav is Fushigi Yuugi. He knows openning song by heart there and His secret passion is making notes of everything Miaka eats there. Kreaper gave him a Miaka keychain too, and for a short while Lele was wearing it... in his ear XD

He loves Inuyasha too. Likes humming openning 'I want to change the world' with 'approximate' lyrics XDD (like he heard them, or thinks he heard them).

When Kreaper feels guilty for making him feel guilty, or just without occasion, he supplies him with new dvds and stuff. Lele spends most of his time in from of the tv, watching movies for kids with Deady's three nightmaric servants - the Heartless. Sometimes he goes emo in the dark corners, and chats with rats and spider and those other nice guys out there.

alright so:

hair: none

skin: gray-green. i can never get it right D'8 you can go for whatever, recently i kinda like this version
tattoos: silvery (like moonlight) something on his forhead (see refs) + those 2 other somethings on his head. and sun on his left arm and moon+star on his right one. and can have some random on his hands, torso or wherever. all silvery

"jewelery": give him some silver earrings in his ears. also, since he's suffering from 'eternal punishment' case, or more like inprisonment, he also has those ghostly chains all over him. collar + a bit of chain from neck, and around his wrist will do. they always clink, but they dont show always. so sometimes he's just clinking without them on XD

clothes: he wears teh loincloth for teh decency XD some random dull colored-tattered one.

eyes: his eyes are black with green flames inside, size and hue varies. with no white glitter though

nose: CROOKED, HOOKED or whatever you call it in english. saves him from looking bishonen XDDD (as if he could lol XDD)

hands, feet: CLAWED yay

ears: BIG, goblinish. this is best ref probably

mood: extra grumbly, XD can be sad though, when he's thinking bout old times, or supper happy huge eyed when he's watching something cool on tv or generally when he's enchanted by something. or whatever

eyebrows + beard: this is always controversial, whether he has eyebrows and whether his beard is beard or tattoo. but yes, for now lets say he has silvery eyebrows and silver beard-stripe (made from hair!!!!!) (and yeah, why do all my charas have single beard stripe, i dont know... D'888 its just too cool XDDD or isnt it >3> XDDD)

REF I LOVE MOST:
