Eeeee~ That piece is amazing! You even have his fang earring thing~ No one's even drawn that on him. Ugh, that is amazing, thank you so much~ I love his face. It's a different expression for him, but still so very -him-.

On chat things, I can understand that. Parents are parents. Mine want me to get a job, though.

Oh, birth defect? Cool. well, not reeally, but you know what I mean.

People don't ignore Kale because of his missing arm; that's a recent thing. He's ignored because A. He's not KAWAII DESU. B. He's not MANRY. C. He's seemingly cliche. or D. I don't even know. Some folks, they see killer vampire and think 'oh, he's like every other killer vampire'. So on. I admit, at first look he is rather cookie cutter. Thing is, that's just the first look. I can't show everything that is Kale without unloading a mass of text on people. Their loss, really.

So, 4, eh? Small cast~ I have like... 50. /Idon'tevenknow But a small cast is good; you can focus on them without getting distracted.

Undecided, eh? Me, I'm an English Major. I'm gonna teach brats about literature and writing and stuff. My end goal is to be a Creative Writing teacher. What kinda science were you thinking about getting into?

Heh, I know exactly what you mean. A looong time back, I remember I had a few characters in RPs who were just like...maybe too manly, not the mainstream type? Well, I don't want to say that. But anyway there was a noticeable struggle in trying to get out of an encounter lol. It led to me developing a habit of making expendable side characters <..<

Oh my god, so many OCs! xD But hey, that's cool too. I just grow too attached to certain OCs and have the hardest time thinking of more, unless it's going to be a character directly related to him/her. A lot of fellow artists say that's one of my main downfalls--I can't generate and design a myriad of different characters. I could, but then it's a struggle because my mind always goes back to my main OCs.

Hoo, English. I love creative writing! I think it's the only thing I have besides art lol. So typical =w= But I've always wanted to write a fantasy novel <33 One of my life goals!!
Was there a particular genre you have a particular interest in?

I don't mind at all! I actually encourage changes in clothing for my characters; they're people (most of them), they don't wear the same clothes all the time! Hair is a bit harder for me to accept sometimes, because if you deviate too much you don't recognize the character...

But yeah, clothes is fine. Thanks again! It's linked in my req thread, and I put your banner in there, for what little it's worth.

Alt universes, eh? I actually have a difficult time with those. Once my characters have a story, it is notoriously difficult for me to change it. Probably why I make different OCs; I can give them unique stories.

RPing is my bread and butter, so I know what you mean. I'm not so good at the expendables, unless I come up with them on the spot.

Maybe it's my writer side talking, but I'd rather have a few well developed OCs than a bunch of pictures of people/things I intend to develop. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's not my style. How you work is your own thing. You obviously don't have a problem drawing other folks, from what I can see.

I'm a fantasy gal myself. Kale is actually a rune mage, for example. I wanna write a novel too, but first I have to pick a verse I want to do. I had one once, but it needs heavy remaking before I can pick it up again. Right now, I'm just writing character drabbles. They're all linked on my Tumblr, if you wanna give them a read. February works on Kale, and January on my character Rathma, who is a blind incubus. There's also an older Kale piece, hehe.
