Things are just kinda going downhill for me at the moment and I just can't seem to find the bright side of things. Ever since 07 I haven't been able to plan things out because it has gotten pounded into my mind 'Nothing that I ever plan will occur, something will always pop up and send things down the flusher'.

I am just happy I am not reverting to smoking or cutting any more.

That's good. Find something small to enjoy at the very least, whittling, little household projects or just busywork that isn't boring. It helps a lot and give back some sense of control over events, it's working for been working for me and my grandma died 3 days after Christmas. My mom, it was her mom, is transferring all her grief to me, all of what she's feeling to me, I get to cope with that and my own. Busywork is the way to go for me, especally with finals next week, it's s**t but life goes on and something needs always needs to be done.
