Better clothing/colour reference (oops I forgot the sleeves)

She has that sorta slightly slanted slightly lidded icy seductive glare eyes :3 I usually colour them as a combo of a thin purple lining the edges of her iris leading to the main lightish blue colour and then highlighting with cyan, but it's up to you~ All it really needs to be is noticeably blue. (or you don't have to colour them at all if you're just doing a sketch)
