I realized the thread's been a bit down on regulars and mostly because I haven't been spending enough time on it and with the people who stick around and try to have a talk.
I got a new job and I need to put time aside so I can focus on this thread 100%.

[Monday Delirium]

Story
Earth. In a distant future there's a city in the sky named Heaven by the men and women that built it. In days long gone this sky high piece of paradise was the jewel of a nation, the first of many of it's kind. Other countries made their versions of Heaven and it was just a matter of time until the skies of Earth were plagued by the pollution of this cities, those bellow cursed to be haunted by their shadow as they grew in number.

Meanwhile in the sky cities themselves time and the hand of man took it's toll. Some would fare better than others but Heaven was lost. A place for crime to thrive on either by the hands of criminal organizations or it's own corrupt government, both controlled by E.A.G.L.E. a ruthless military agency and now the true ruler. It became so powerful that it's influence soon spread across the other sky cities, now most of them under it's control and what's left of the Earth bellow has no option but to bend the knee.

It was madness.

"Care to explain why you made us wait two days before talking to us?"
Margaret didn't care about ranks, she wanted results.
Oliver stood in silence, looking over the head of the R&D division, this doctor of death.
Two days! Sunday thought to himself. Two days! Blended together, gone in a blink.
"After the shock you both experienced I believed it would be best for you to have some days to recover." He lied to them, without hesitation.
"I conducted the more intense part of the questioning to the living twin and dissected the dead one myself. My findings, cross matched with your reports and the information provided by the super computer allowed me to arrive to an interesting conclusion."
Oliver kept his silence. He hadn't talked to Margaret since they arrived and now was standing like a statue, while she sat face to face with the doctor.
"Let me guess: they had an inside man!" Margaret threw at him.
The doctor spoke on, ignoring her remark.
"It would seem by the time the blonde twin was attacked by her sister, the attacker was already dead."
There was a moment's hesitation before anyone spoke.
"Nonsense. What are you implying?" Oliver said.
"Either our enemies learned how to control the dead or an imposter murdered and then replaced the woman hours before the explosion and then attempted to eliminate the remaining twin. Possibly to eliminate potential witnesses or frame them both for this crime."
Oliver felt something twisting inside him.
"Like the young lady said, it's time we get results. If we dismantle the Smile Patrol we'll find the culprit. One of my contacts got the information we needed.
I know where Monday is going to put up his show."
Sunday leaned back in his chair.
"Excellent. I will take over this operation and finish this business once and for all then."
Margaret was about to burst into a furious protest but Oliver was quicker.
He slammed both his fists on the table and looked Sunday eye to eye.
"No." Oliver said. "I took this couple of days to talk to our superiors. They are up to date with your games now or at least what we found out the worse way lately.
They tolerated your experiments so far but the moment they loose agents to your monsters and get to see how your toys keep failing to capture the Smile Patrol, well that made them a bit more willing to listen to me. I have the control of this operation. You will provide the weapons for the agents of my and Margaret's choice we will personally lead this operation. We will infiltrate this event and kill or capture the head of the terrorists."
Oliver turned his back and simply walked away, Margaret quickly following his example. Both left without Sunday saying a word.
The man only talked when him and the android were alone.
"Zero, update weapon request status. I am allowing the distribution of all equipment whatever it is and in whatever quantity this agents require."
The android processed the command without replying.

Real name: Jarvais Mounbloom. Perhaps not his real name. Known has Mister Monday.

Danger Rank: A.
Affiliations: Smile Patrol
Description: According to eye witnesses, "he is a tall scarecrow like figure who always uses strongly colored clothes" and carries with him at all times a top hat and a umbrella.
His eyes (it seems he uses colored contact lenses), deformed nose and lunatic eerie smile are his strongest physical features, which should made him easy to identify.

Notes: Personally I never met him but we all saw some of his latest public appearances.
He seems to fancy himself as both showman and judge, stealing from high profiled citizens, often accusing them of ill practices or by quite simply pointing them has wanted king pins using that as an excuse for stealing.
From the reports filed in by my fellow agents he seems to depend on gadgets and acrobatic skills.
On it's own however I don't believe him to be much of a threat.
I have to admit I laughed when he threw that pie at the Mayor's face thought.

Real Name: Elizabeth Mackenzie.
Danger Rank: S+
Affiliations: Smile Patrol
Description: Female. Caucasian. Eye and hair color are irrelevant.

Notes: Her parents were actors and so was she.
According to this old files, they both died in a fire and she snaped.
She spent two years in a mental ward till she disguised herself has one of the nurses and escaped. She's associated with the smile patrol though were not sure for what reasons.
She has killed who knows how many and taken over her victims identities.
Last moth we confirmed ten stolen identities, has far we can tell all her work.
I saw the footage and I... She can copy everything. The voice, the appearance...
Last time she was spotted E.A.G.L.E. agents Johnson A. and Lilla J. of the tenth squad, claimed she "took in instants any appearance of her liking, including sub-human, mutated forms in appearance." Could it be she affiliated herself with those lunatics from the Smile Patrol in order to gain shape shifting powers somehow? Are this all nothing but trick?

Real Name: Amadeus Wolfgang

Description: Age 23, male, dark hair, blue eyes.

Notes: Using gadgets of many sort he preforms "magic tricks" which have allowed him to escape arrest over and over again. Who ever develops and supplies him with his tricks must also have supplied the Smile Patrol and their sympathizers over the years.

Description: seven feet tall, ape looking and with cybernetic implants.

Notes: Believed to be one of many escaped test subjects during the break out of one of the science facilities. The freak.

Real Name: Unknown. He calls himself Gog.

Description: Our guys put a picture together of what he should look like. Portrait.

Notes: From what I can tell this is another freak from the gang Monday put together. He has not manifested any special sort of abilities aside from what is his signature mark: using pet bats.
Is it some mind control power or does he train them?
Honestly, It scares me to think about it. He's usually focused on stealing everything that isn't nailed to the ground. Jim from squad six says he got nailed pretty bad by this guy's "claws".
He showed me the scars, they look nasty.

Description: Hyperactive, small short tempered woman in her twenties, always wear colorful extravagant clothes and has bat to hit people and things with...

Notes: Some punk who sticks around with Monday's gang, violent and possibly on drugs.

Notes: Wanted for dealing on the black market for almost has long there's been one here in Heaven.
Also, wanted for being undead. The only thing we know about his whereabouts is that he resides in the sewers and never leaves them. He makes his deals there has well but yet somehow he always eludes all the search parties. Damn b*****d.

Notes: The resident singer on the towns only casino, she dreams of the day she'll become a famous singer.
She's said to know people from all the wrong circles from the mafias to the Smile Patrol and smuggle information to them, assuming they have very expensive gifts to pay for it.
E.A.G.L.E. has her under surveillance hoping to find a lead to Monday himself.

Description: Twins, mid twenties, pretty.

Notes: The back up singers to Roxy Rabbit.

Affiliation: E.A.G.L.E. R&D Project Omega6789-Y, the Zoo Crew and lastly the Smile Patrol.
Description: Female, hybrid. Clad

Notes: This young woman was one of the many people taken either directly by E.A.G.L.E. agents in the repo division or one of the many criminal groups that affiliate with E.A.G.L.E. without the knowledge of the general population. She was heavily experimented upon resulting in her current looks. Five years ago, she and many other test subjects managed to escape some of which sharing animal like features.
Soon they banded into the self entitled Zoo Crew. Those who weren't eventually captured and exterminated are believed to have joined the ranks of the Smile Patrol.

Real Name: Thomas Everet

Affiliation: None
Description: Short, hairy, smells funny.

Notes: Drug dealer, usually spotted between the seven and the third district.
Former law agent at the fifth district.
His reasons for resigning are unknown.
Though apparently harmless he must be kept under surveillance.

Real Name: Hirose "Bankai" Kimi

Affiliation: Thunder Riders
Description: Male, Asian, young, short stature.

Notes: Thief and a hacker, he is part of a gang usually formed by kids usually around their twenties known has Thunder Riders.
He has evaded several attempts from the local police and E.A.G.L.E. agents to either arrest or execute him. Current location unknown.

Real Name: Piotr "Vile" Zargat

Description: Male, Russian descent, long white hair

Notes: Extremely dangerous, usually riding a motorbike of unknown model.
He has been arrested several times over the years for violent behavior and eventually returned to society, I guess by doing some shady deals with E.A.G.L.E. higher ups.
He's has recently become leader of Thunder Riders and disappeared ever since then.

Notes: Believed to be a precognitive, level Alpha.

Affiliation: Smile Patrol
Description: Wears a black mask, a red hat with black stripes and a unusual outfit, of human design, when he/she decides to make a public appearance and tease the authorities.
"Try and catch me. Signed Rogue Phantom" is a signature he usual leaves at the scenes of his crimes.

Notes: Rumors of his or her existence have spread through several towns, a invisible presence stealing all kinds of things without being seen or heard.
His/her existence became confirmed after he/she joined the smile patrol.
It is unknown how Monday managed to recruit the Phantom.
The Phantom can be detected by infra red and other specters/lens/sensors though so far E.A.G.L.E. was not able to obtain any confirmation of gender or ID, the Phantom.
Digital impressions do not match any records which could only mean that any records of his existence previous to the Phantom's invisible have been deleted. The question is, did we do it or was it Monday's doing?

Name: Unknown.

Affiliation: Unknown.
Description: Female, wears purple.

Notes: Wanted for acting is a vigilante, seen often acting at the 7th or 9th Districts at night.
In the last three years she has been fighting local criminals on her own we haven't been able to either identify or obtain any information about her apart from the images collected by the surveillance cameras.

Notes: One of our best marksmen, she often does classified missions world wide.
She is currently Located here in Heaven, has part of a task force to deal with guys like Monday, which so far we haven't been able to either arrest or kill.
He better pray.

Real Name: Oliver "the Preacher" Malloy
Danger Rank: S
Description: Male. Tall, old and pale. Smells funny.

Notes: This nut job is the head of the paranormal division and a ex priest from the Church of the Blue Comet. He is very strong and fast for an old man, from what I saw from the videos...
Does not like smoking. He seems to suffer from Arsonphobia - fear or fire.
I don't really want to know why.

Real Name: Vedra Shilm

Description: Female, alien, long hair.

Notes: She's on our pay roll has an informer, working undercover in the Big Crash, a scum bar in the Omega District. There's no way to tell if she's passing info to the other side too but I guess our guys are counting on it. Lesson number two to counter espionage: spill has much fake info you can, mixed with real but meaningless info.

Description: Female, Alien, sour mood, blue skin, big ears.

Notes: A renown brute and air pirate, she's known to have killed several thousands amongst which her holder siblings, her crew members and all manners of citizens, humans and others.
She currently on E.A.G.L.E.s pay roll so the guys at the Public Protection department can use her goons to terrorize both the people on the sky cities and on the ground.
Has long she does E.A.G.L.E.s dirty works they look away from her raids to all airships and illegal gambling.
