so I plan on making this giant freaking meal. so I can have lunch for the rest of the week. but knowing Dy he'll probably try and eat every ******** thing that comes off the pans then get up later at night and eat the rest.(has tons of experience with this) so I'm making a giant load and then putting a note on the fridge with restrictions on my bento's and lunch boxes for work.
>=3 I'm excited about tonight though, may invite a friend over so we can all cook together.
making at least 16 to 20 steamed pork buns,(so my friend can take some home and so Dy can have lunch too)
home made ramen/or hot pot (cannot decide they're both really good)
tonkatsu (google that, its freaking amazing)
with kimchi (unsure on if I'll have time so this may or may not be prepped)
after dinner its ice cream mochi, fresh fruit mochi or green tea ice cream, with Barley Tea or Earl Grey.

LUNCHES
My bentos are going to be made in two stacks
egg and fresh spinich rolls,(made the day of) oniguri, fried breaded salmon bites, with ramen/hotpot. =w=

next day will be leftover tonkatsu (if there is any), with seasoned rice or curried potatoes and veg with 2 snack mochi

after will be pancake bites with fresh fruit and then the ramen/hotpot in the afternoon =w=b

THERE ARE SO MANY COMBO LUNCHES I CAN MAKE!!!

I am well. Just finish up washing the blanket that my sister's dog slipped coffee on. Damn Huskies. Can't help loving them but they do get into trouble alot.
