Olive be going out with guy #1 but they're not an official couple; guy #1 doesn't feel the necessity of having to put a label on their relationship. Atm, guy #2 is being looked after Olive as a request from his grandfather. They're also attending the same college/university. Guy#1 isn't particularly comfortable with the established relationship between the two (or rather doesn't know the details of it). And now, they're stuck in this place kinda like a warehouse but not. xD
