Here it is.

How the ears are bent looks a bit awkward. The facial expression together with the positioning of the body looks a little stiff. (I mean, it still looks good, but too rigid. IF anything, I'd just change the face a bit; she looks a lil dazed...okay the more I think about this the more I'm confusing myself OTL)
Although the vest (what I'm presuming the blue shirt to be) is tight, the inside shirt still wouldn't "cup" the breast as much.
