Hey Im Silent (Thats what Im used to being called) and some stuff about me is Im 16 and Im from Kentucky. I joined gaia with my old main account last November and since then Ive gotten into doing Anime Art (something new to me personally.) And it was one of the best decisions I think Ive made yet. Hey there. I'm Nai Phobos, Sin City girl through and through. Almost everyone in my family has been an artist in one way or another, so it's just natural that the skill was passed on through. :3 (Mum does coloring for a roleplay series called Godsend, my dad was an art major in college, my nana knits, as do one of my aunts, my grandad used to do models and make planes in the airforce, and my grandma was a very talented sculpter and potter, with good painting skills too.) I like to think of myself as a fairly nice person, although this board has drawn out my hyper side on more then one occasion. However, I also like to think that I can be a mature young woman whenever I choose to be... Ok, no, I can't keep my face straight.
Anyway, mostly on here, I'll be doing MS Paint when I give away free art. If you want a geniune sketched and inked or colored picture, then I suggest giving me a PM. I mean, if I gave away that kind of work for free all the time (which would be often, because I'm easy to guilt trip or nice trip), then I'd be in debt. ^^;

Hai Everyone! This is Yami (God I wish that were my real name..) Well, I am a 14 year old girl, and I live in New York. My art sucks. Other people tell me otherwise, but, I think I am terrible. So, If you won’t want my art, I don’t blame you. But, I’ll draw you anyways. But, lets continue with the bio. My aunt is an artist, and she is a 5th and 6th grade art teacher. I never took interest in art until 6th grade, when I met an anime lover. I, myself, never knew what anime was until then. She taught me her ways, and I blame her for it. XD. But, she moved away last year, and I never got a chance to tell her about the site, or get her number to tell her about the site. So anyways, she taught me how to draw in an anime style, and I am getting better and better every time I pick up a pencil.

Note: I will not draw anything that is super-cluttered, anything that is over PG-13, and any avatar that is not in my likings.
Another note: please be patient with any art that I am drawing. Drawing an avater takes me all of... 20 minutes to an hour. But, due to circumstances, I only have one working scanner, and it's at my mom's house. I may not get the art to you in a week, depending on how long I have been at my dad's house. Please, just be patient..

Hey. The name's Maschasama, but all of you can just call me Mascha. I live in the Mojave desert. As a 16-year-old, this is very distressing 'cause there's not much to do here. It's hot. I'm miserable, and drawing's the only other cure for my boredom. Moving around a lot (I'm with the military and all) really makes you odd in the head. That's me. Odd. Just odd. Not funny odd...just..odd odd. *ahem* I dislike cging stuff because it seems so unnatural...(aka i suck at photoshop, hmmyes.) So most of my art will be penciled/inked. I am a kind of person who does art like its my regularly thing
but right about now i am pretty picky on what and how i draw somethings
like hands, feet, and eyes, not really my best subject

I am on in the mornings at about a little after 7am
and sometimes at 7pm to 9:30pm during the weekday.
Weekends and vacations I can be on for hours at a time
with few random days I am not.
I draw both humans of both gender and animals
in a manga-like style. Lately, more often than
not, I draw in chibi. I am Yaoi/Yuri/Hentai/Furry Friendly.
I use pens and pencils, but rarely color, and a camera.
I am driven by what I see that may happen to inspire me to draw.
So my art is at random, but frequent.

Yo! Eh, just call me Laura. I'm too boring to have any snazzy nicknames. I've been a member of GaiaOnline since the 9th of February, 2005; this account's a new one.
I'm seventeen, been living in Scotland my entire life (so yes, I'm 100% Scottish). I was accepted into Gray's School of Art at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen - Yippee!
I have a macabre sense of humour, and I’m an addict to industrial music (‘Real Synthetic Audio’ being my favourite radio show), which I listen to whilst I am drawing or painting. When I’m not doing that, I’m almost always playing DDR. I’m so addicted, I have my own stainless steel dance pad.
Anyway, more about the art. I try my hand at drawing or painting in a variety of styles; chibi, shoujo*, shonen**, semi-realistic; digital, traditional; acrylic, watercolour, pastel, pencil, graphite… You name it and I’ll most probably try it.
A couple of artistic loves: Cats, fur textures, hair, profile views of the head.
A couple of artistic hates: Arms and hands (not including chibi).
Despite not liking certain items on Gaia, I shall not say I will not draw them. I’ll try my best to draw everything! The only time I will reject an item or avatar is if I’m feeling lazy, or if I’ve drawn so many of them I’m sick to death.

*Shoujo = an anime style that is aimed primarily at a female audience. Emphasis is on emotive facial features and large eyes. For an example, see ‘Chobits’.
**Shonen = an anime style that is aimed primarily at a male audience. Emphasis is on the body and it’s accessories and not the face. For an example, see ‘Ghost in the Shell’.

Haha, hello, and hooray. :3 My name is a secret but my nick name has been Boink ever since my odd shout outs. I'm young I'll let you know that, 15 to be exact. I spend a LOT of time on gaia. Practically everyday. I'm still in school persueing my dream of becoming a pirate astronaut space doctor video game tester robotics expert doctor. :] A wild dream that I will end up failing at because, well... I'm just REALLY lazy. I've been known for a love of children,m it tempts me to kidnap little ones sometimes but I resist. :]
Now I should probably start talking about my art. I may do requests if people don't annoy the hell out of me, I wander around threads at odd hours, I suppose I can be good, I do sketchy art a lot of the time. I'm new with it but I do have paintshop pro. My dream in art, well, I know I'll get good with it eventually, but I will probably always consider it a hobby, just as I always have.
